Was having difficulty getting mortgage through my broker, when I was introduced to Luke. Luke seemed to know the market well and gave great advice!! Emily was then in charge of getting mortgage over the line, honestly she exceeded any expectation, I can’t thank her and Luke enough! Will definitely be back to them for future help/support.

Chelsea was calm, responsive, and relentlessly proactive at every stage; chasing lenders, dealing with shifting timelines, and keeping everything moving when other parties were causing delays - nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

This was not a straightforward case, but Chelsea handled it with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt confident that things were in safe hands.
