Terrible piece of kit.
Cuts straight away and I followed the instructions very carefully.
I mean why wouldn't I?
I'm talking about my balls here!
My old trusted Remington cost 13 quid and does a much better job.
Poor product.

So after nearly shreading my sack open I contacted them and they said it was a faulty blade and they would send another blade even this there ads state this can not happen no nic guarantee if only!
So I asked for a returns label to return as its faulty and the reply from them was no you pay as per returns policy.
A- there returns policy does not specify about faulty items so does not fall under there terms
B- the distant selling act outweighs any return policy its faulty its not the responsibility of the individual to pay for the return.

To be honest I wouldn't give them any star. I got the trimmer for my boyfriends birthday and he just got some really bad cuts on his balls although he strictly followed the given instructions. Huge disappointment! Not a balls saver at all...I mean the concept and idea isn't that bad but the trimmer is nothing more than any other trimmer and totally not worth the money, except you are willing to pay for some cuts on your balls. After writing them a mail, they did not get the point and claimed that I must have done something wrong at trimming (... my boyfriends balls? - Come on, guys...) So I guess they don't even really read my message. Furthermore, I have to pay over 20€ for shipping now, because I have to return the trimmer from Germany to Great Britain and bear the costs all by myself.

Hi all, purchased balls trimmer a few months back, tried it for first time and it is shockingly terible, does not work at all, will not recommend.
Don't get misled by the advertising which I did. Commented on their site too and no response.
Great advertising terrible product.

Battery is crap! If charge it fully and turn it off mid shave there's a good chance it will refuse to turn on untill you've fully charged it again. After not even 10 bloody minutes of shaving!

It's gotten to the point where I'll charge it fully, leave it in the bathroom then when I want to use it it will pretend I didn't feed it precious electricity for 12 hours straight. Cannot recommend this product at all.

Shocking and should be banned from selling this balls trimmer!!

Useless product, blunt blades and doesn’t work as advertised. Asked for a return during their 30-day trial, posted the product back at my own expense and after 2 months and multiple emails, still haven’t received a refund. Waste of time and money. Avoid.

I purchased the Balls Trimmer to have a different set “for down there” to my beard trimmer, so that I did not have to constantly change and wash trimmer attachments. Contrary to all their brilliant marketing and promotional work, this trimmer does not work! It drew blood at the first attempt down there. I have been grooming myself down under for at least 16 years, so I am fully aware of the procedure involved in how to trim without the nips and cuts. Unfortunately I cannot do this with this trimmer. The blades are cheaply made and sometimes entangle hair rather than cutting. When I tested it on my beard, it even nipped me on the skin on my neck, which is a tougher region to draw blood from all the shaving it’s been through. Recommend you go elsewhere. On a good note they did provide me a full refund as I returned within the 30 day trial period, but no extra star because I had to pay for the return delivery.

Awful over priced rubbish. Pants down bent over springs to mind.
Struggled to trim and cut my balls to bits. Noisy charge last no time.
Straight of the slow boat for us gullible mugs to buy.
1 star is being over nice.

I really, really, really wanted to like this trimmer, but it’s terrible on every level.
It feels cheap. The battery dies quickly and the on/off button feels like it’s about to fall off. And it doesn’t function as expected. It cut me straight away. Ordered a Phillips One Blade (with body guard) and it’s 1000% better.
And then there is the price. Should have been half the price. I was so stupid to buy it in the first place... but that’s internet shopping for you. I would never have bought it if I saw it in a shop!
The customer service was so so. They agreed to a refund for the trimmer but tried NOT to refund the (unused) accessories that came as a bundle, but caved in under pressure (their website actually says that EVERYTHING is covered by their 30 day guarantee, but hey ho let’s try and pull a fast one).
And then, of course, you have to pay the return postage. Another stab in the heart with this experience.
I hope this company improves otherwise they won’t survive.
In this competitive market there are too many better products.
I couldn’t wait to get rid of it!

Outrageously expensive for a basic trimmer, mine has now also broken after minimal use over a few months. One of the most laughably bad products I've seen - nothing revolutionary here.

Do not go near this product, I did and almost became a eunuch for my troubles. Cut me 3 times, I couldn't believe it. They must be testing their sack safe technology on sun dried, leathery, hardened old men scrotums for it not to cut. You could carve a Sunday roast with this terrible product.
Do yourself a favour and save a pint of blood and don't touch this awful product.

Really very disappointing product promised so much but really didn't deliver 3 times using it 3 times got Nick's on my delicate ball sack.lost a spring from inside the blade area asked customer services several times for a new one even paying for it but would only sell me new blades which comes with the spring ,so now bought a new groomer for the price of the new blades and works far better if only I'd bought this first saved me money and sore nackers.

This is an absolute outstanding product. I would give this product 6 stars if I could. Does exactly what it says on the box, free from nips and cuts. I experienced some issues with my blade at the beginning (I would urge people to check with the customer service team if not satisfied before giving up) this was quickly rectified and the customer service team were world class with a quick response and a replacement blade sent out straight away! The blade once replaced was world class, a good clean cut, I felt completely safe using the product and no cuts or nips at all! Such an easy to use product with a brilliant battery life! Would definitely recommend and I will personally be using this product for the foreseeable future.

I would give zero stars if I could. This was a gift for my son and he said the shaver stops working after only 2 months. Very disappointing indeed as the price is not cheap.

Unhappy and not satisfied. I just found out that the package returned and I haven't received any email from BALLS or about my shipping status updates (the shipping company says a message was left, but there was not such letter in my postal box).Need big improvement on CRM.

Definitely not for balls. So as a shaver for bush or face it’s ok. Ok at best though.
For how it’s advertised. No chance. Don’t waste your money. The Braun shavers are definitely better follows up by a light bic.

Decent trimmer not 100% safe around the private parts but great everywhere else.
The customer service on the other hand is nothing short of excellence,
I have had two issues dealt with from Mae on the customer care team who instantly replied and solved my issue.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best customer care I've ever received from an online website.

It's just a cheap groomer. It catch hairs and it's definitely not safe for sharing delicate parts of your body. I also struggle to shave my beard with it, once it lose a little bit of power it even catch your beard hairs. It's just good marketing, not a good product. I won't buy it again.

Extremely overpriced and low quality shaver. Feels like it’s made from the same plastic they use in advent calendars. Took 9 hours to charge and battery depleted in 15 minutes.
