I was in a hairy situation until Balls arrived. I'm very satisfied with the product! Great design and quality. Customer service is top notch!

Great product, easy to use. Word of advise for anyone wanting to buy remember you are shaving your balls not a garden hedge be gentle and you will not be disappointed by it. It has nicked me twice due to the battery not being charged so make sure it is fully charged before trimming away.

Don't believe the bad reviews. This is a great trimmer. Not nics or cuts at all and this was shaving with contact not a hover method. The size and weight of the trimmer is perfect to maneuver in the hardest to reach places. Top product!

Read some very negative reviews but still decided to give it a try.. no idea where the cutting problems came from because even a quick hastly shave doesn't leave any marks. Some people probably just dont know how to handle their business. ;)

A bit weird to order stuff like this but It does work better than my facial hair trimmer, looks cool and easy to clean.

Perfect travel size.

Great product! I can sleep easy knowing I'll never cut my balls again. Customer service was 10/10, my trimmer arrived very quickly and in some pretty cool packaging.

This one just hurts. Not secure at all and the customer service was ignoring all requests for a refund...

Wasted Money

Poor customer service, with me having to constantly email them for updates on the dispatch. Delivery delay was just as long as other reviews warned me about, and I lived down the road from their warehouse. Then after two weeks I requested to cancel the order two times, which were ignored and then the item magically was dispatched.

The item itself, the no nick promise is impossible, I can’t see how anyone had a pleasant experience using this. Going back to using disposable razors is a smoother and less painful experience.

Ironically, the best customer service came when requesting a refund based on their No Nick Guarantee, although I did have to chase them after seeing the item had been returned to them, and they immediately processed the refund.

Overall, just don’t buy, it is not worth the hassle in the slightest!

You may as well shave your balls with a rusty piece of barb wire. Not sure how they are able to make the claims they do, it is truly awful.

In fact my standard hair trimmer is less painful.

I would post a picture of my bleeding ball sack but I’m guessing it’s illegal.

The problem with this product is that it just doesn't work. Well, not as they suggest. I was left with blood flowing down my leg in the show.

You want to know what the customer service agent suggest? "Calm down" and took it as a joke.

Absolutely awful, bought the product 3 months ago and the company randomly decided to set up a £14 a month subscription for blades without my permission or even informing me, I only found out when they took the money out of my account. When I tried to amend the subscription the page wouldn’t load, I even tried with 4G and full bars, website is a scam don’t use them.

Worst experience ever took 2 weeks to ship. Had no email to confirm why I had to wait... I had to approach them to chase my own order. Was told the same thing on repeat occasions, nothing has been done to rectify this just a poorly worded sorry... Shocking communication do not buy!

The worst 60 dollars I’ve ever spend. It doesn’t cut the hairs. And when it does you get a lot of cuts. Don’t waste your money!!!

I tried the trimmer and got cuts and nicks. I complained to customer services and they said try again.

On my second try the same thing happened and I asked how to return it. I was told that I had now gone over the 30 days even though my initial complaint was lodged before the 30 days were up.

To me this is very sneaky and underhanded because pubes take 2 or 3 weeks to grow back.

Very disappointed.

Paid for next day delivery. 3 days later when I messaged them they said they had no stock and I'd have to wait another week! Didn't offer discount or next day delivery refund. Terrible customer service. Use one of the other companies
