Balls 

The trimmer doesn't cut hair. Its just a big scam.

Doesn't work. Great marketing and ad work, but product doesn't meet the expectations. Not even close. Don't buy.

Absolute rubbish, about the only thing it can cut is your Balls, mine looked like Sweeney Todd had been down there by the time I finished. Probably safer with a cut throat than their trimmer.

They do not work. They're trying to scam men with cheaply manufactured products. Do not throw your money away, the quality is very poor.

Cheap crap. Over priced. Cut me in several places so always use a guard. The blade has now begun to rattle and shake. Only had it a couple of months. Don't buy it

All in all a positive experience. Shaver works well but had an issue with the first one, sent an email to customer service and they happily offered to send a replacement for me. Very impressed with customer service

Best trimmer ever, though ours came with a broken blade but that are not keeping us from still given 5 stars as it is such a great product and their customer support service is one of the best I have ever had. They where Insanely fast to respond back super helpful and within 1-1,5 week we had a completely new and working blade for the trimmer.

Bought my husband a Balls trimmer and he absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Do yourself a favour and simply DO NOT waste your money. And if you do, then wait until you've used the trimmer twice before you leave a rave review!! It's a cheap looking, feeling, and operating trimmer that is marketed EXTREMELY well, but is really not worth the money or the hassle.

Bought one, and persuaded a mate to do the same. They both arrived; mine worked once. His didn't. His sounded like a chainsaw because of the very obviously malfunctioning blade. Tried mine a second time and it was the same... Removed the blade to see if it needed a clean, and the whole blade system fell apart...

Complained, and got a replacement blade sent to me. Opened it up, and it had arrived in it's lovely packaging already in pieces... I thought perhaps that's how they arrived and that you had to piece together the jigsaw, so I did... Same chainsaw sound that REALLY doesn't give you any sort of confidence to bring it anywhere near where it is intended to go!!

Cheap. And nasty.

But got to give them 10/10 for their marketing and branding!!!

In this lockdown what good be better then balls trimmer, I am from India and using this amazing gadget for myself and my for kids haircut. I am not a barber but in this lockdown learn many things. Thanks to balls company. I have used other gadget as well but not at all worth. This trimmer is very much safe to use and give wonderful results. The best part is is support of balls company as well, they have helped me related to same where in India we are using different power/voltage. Thanks allot.

Absolutely shocking. First of all they send the item I was going to gift to my husband by Hermes who never delivered it (their track record isn't exactly great). They were fine with it and said they'd send me another... I thought... that's great! Brilliant customer services... Erm... no... The item they then send had someone else ball hairs in it!! FOR REAL!! They asked if I wanted a refund or another trimmer... Obvs my money back thanks!! Then a few days later I get an email with an address telling me to send it back (luckily I hadn't put it in the bin)... BUT... they want me to pay for postage! NO!! Now they have the cheek to ask me to send both trimmers back for a full refund including the postage!! They are actually accusing me of stealing... WTH.
On a serious note... There is a lack of hygiene at this company so don't bother.

Had been recommended this product by a friend.

The shaver is simply perfect. No more injury!
Unfortunately my blade was defective after the second use. I complained to the customer service and they promptly got a new one. The second blade holds perfect. I am super satisfied and i can only recommend this company. Thanks!

I ordered from this company a month ago and decided to leave a feedback after thoroughly testing the item that I ordered.

Firstly, I am impressed with their customer service. I reached out to them regarding my package because it it was not moving and they were able to sort it immediately. The package was held by my country's customs and it was released right after the company helped me submit some clearance documents.

The item itself is doing its job as advertised. It is very light, durable and it cleaned my dong like a charm.

I have tried several Trimmers, branded one and by far, I can tell that Balls trimmer absolutely do wonders. It just glide and very easy to use. You won't need to exert efforts when it comes to changing the blades compared to other branded ones like Philips where it is very difficult to change the blades.

My overall purchase experience with this company is fantastic and I can surely recommend them to the people I know.

Terrible non existent customer service, sent multiple emails and contact via website's contact form and no replies after months and months after their shaver stopped working at using it once, I think water must got inside when they claimed it was fine using in the shower.

Had to do a charge back via my bank in the end.

Hurts really bad, just extremely painful
