They handled all aspects of letting my house from screening tenants, to dealing with the legal aspects and making the necessary checks and inspections. The fees represented excellent value for money. When I decided to sell the property it was managed seamlessly by BW and after a few weeks of the house being on the market I took their advice to repaint the front door. The property sold a few days later!

I believe that Balmor could have achieved more for my property had they not been new to the area . Also when I purchased in another area via Balmor they told lies to get the sale it has cost me dearly. Would I use or recommend them again NO.

Pushed us to hurry the sale of our own property through, when the property we was buying through Balmer Wilcock wasn’t even ready to purchase. Ended up without a home for a month and had to go into a hotel.

These guys were really fabulous to deal with all the way through our house move. Great survey with really flattering photos meant we sold in days. The photos are so professional, in my opinion the best around by miles These guys also found us our ideal home for life too. The service continued throughout the transactions as their progress chasers really pushed our pretty shabby solicitor's who felt like they would have been happy to let these transactions spin out for months and months. Straightforward, no nonsense approach from valuation to sale with easy access to staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was allocated a sales coordinator who not only acted as a link between myself and the buyer but smoothed out the numerous issues I had with my solicitors. I neede the sale to go through quickly and they ensured this happened. Well worth the slightly higher fees in my opinion.

As a landlord they always keep you up to date on your properties Ethier via emails or phone, always had excellent service when buying, selling, or renting with Balmer & Wilcock.They will always be our first choice.

They took 50% of my deposit for jobs they said needing doing when I left the property turns out they didn’t do any of the jobs they said needing doing
