Awful Experiences
I ordered 3 blinds almost a month ago and still have not got them (not even close to the "as soon as 48 hours"). I contacted customer service 5 different times - 2 via the website and my questions were never addressed, 3 times by phone. I was told my order would be shipped to my house and this was confirmed in a second phone call only to get an email today stating that they are ready for pickup at a store 1.5 hours away. Very very poor customer service! Avoid at all costs! I contacted customer service on Tuesday and they are supposed to get back to me. Still waiting for a response 2 days later.

The blinds fit perfectly and really cut a lot of heat generated by the afternoon sun in my kitchen. I have them in three skylights and a single one for a a large window with three panes. My sales person was great and followed up on the process. They were made and installed in good time.

If I could leave less than one star I would. This has been the single worst consumer experience I’ve had. The first order placed was for 7 no drill black out blinds. I provided the exact measurements and when all 7 arrived all 7 were too short. The measurements I provided were exact. I then tried to get a replacement based on the measurement insurance to be told that only applied to 4 blinds not my full order. Such nonsense. I then paid the difference , over €700 euro, and ordered replacements. The second order I also provided screen shots of the tape measure for exact space at each window. The second order took almost two weeks, and when I went to install one of the blinds this evening they don’t fit.
I’ve written asking for a full refund for the 14 useless blinds and for someone to come pick up the blinds and no one has bothered to come back to me. Shop local if you have the chance and don’t waste your time or money of this rubbish. I am still waiting on a full refund.
