After my application was made nearly a month ago and having paid my admin fee. Still no money or contact from them until today when my application has been cancelled...

Never, ever trust these people with your money!

Atrocious Communication & After'care'

Made a loan application which was conditionally approved. I was asked to pay an upfront £79 admin fee. I queried whether after I paid this fee my loan would be approved or if it could be still rejected and I'd lose the £79.. after 5 emails I still have no answer. It doesn't say much about the company when they put zero effort into actually answering the customer (answer not on FAQ section of website btw)
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
