SCAMMERS - Take money out of people in needs hands for nothing

I think they deserve 3 stars. Got the loan OK, rates were average. I did have bad credit though so.

I found Castle Finance online because my own bank had rejected me for finance. Getting straight to the point, they did what they said they would , get a loan for me.

Don't use this scam company, still waiting for my fee £79 back after 7 months, T@C load of crap, if entering into a loan you have a 14 day cooling of period, not with this scamming con artists, AVOiD

Very friendly service. They worked hard getting me a loan. I will use them again when I need another loan.

Castle Finance were the right choice for me. I made sure I didn't use a castle clone firm. The website was very easy to use and after applying I got lots of loan offers.

Absolute con artists I applied for a loan through them. I realised within an hour that they would be taking money from my account for doing nothing so emailed and cancelled. There should be a minimum of a 14 day cooling off period when you enter into these agreements. They are a nightmare to contact and have not responded to any of my emails. Do not use this company when there are loads of companies that do the same for free

The Scam Fee.....Update: ScamFee was refunded after 10-working days.....So, in my opinion, I appreciate the 10-day workaround as opposed to waiting over 6-months........For Future CastleFinance, only charge when the customer is happy with proceeding! Although your terms/conditions state the admin fee is applicable, nowhere did it say WHEN it will come out! Please be clearer and more ethical in your approach next time, as everyone has different circumstances. Thank You!

USE THIS THIEVING COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL... took my money and did absolutely nothin whatsoever for me.. and the people on here who rate this company good must work for them.. disgusting company and you cant contact them to tell them they just robbed your money.. but by all means use them.. your loss if you do.. FACT!!!!!

Easy to use use web service. They arranged a 4 thousand pound unsecured loan for me when no one else would accept me. I would use their services again. Average rate of interest.

This company did a good job for me. They helped me get a 6k loan. It didn't take too long either.

When castle finance direct said I had been accepted and loan would be paid out in 24 hours the companies it sent me all refused me so the £79 castle finance tòok from me after saying I was accepted was not fair and left me more in debt I would not have persued and let the 79 be taken if I had known this what a scam to say accepted and would be paid out. I would never rate them and also tell any of my friends not to use them I am now in debt by another 79 . I also looked for direct lender not broker so why castle finance direct came up under that I don't know

Castle finance will take your money and run. I would give negative stars if possible. They have too many clone companies to name and no legit contact details.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF IT'S AFFILIATES! They are thieving and misleading.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely shocking, money taken from my account which I never got refunded as never took a loan through them. Disgusting company
Reported them to FSA who have kindly offered to look into them and advise me further.

Absolute rob dogs. Good luck getting your "fee" (#moneylaundering) back. They will email you asking if you got a loan, you will tell them no. They will say OK we will refund your laundered money ohh sorry fee, you say ok, they tell you it will be done within 14 days. 14 days pass and no refund. You chase to be given the speil of T's & C's and you will get it in 6 months. F*****k unreal.
Proper c you next Tuesdays avoid like the plague!

NEVER PAY ANY COMPANY BEFORE GETTING A LOAN, IF THEY ASK YOU FOR MONEY THEN IT IS A SCAM

Terrible company - paid a £79 fee which I didn't even know about, and now no response to my emails asking for my money back and no response about loans!
