Complete satisfaction.
We were very happy with the way everything went. Made us feel at ease from the moment we walked through the door. We already made our mind up what we wanted defore we got there. So the lady talked us through all the detail's, she was very polite and understanding. The lady put us both at ease. Staff were very polite. We would recommend the Co Op.

Not an unhappy experience
We were dealt with young lady called Roisin she was so pleasant with us couldn’t have had anyone nicer , made everything so easy because we did a plan for both our funerals we weren’t upset about anything.

Very nice person who talk to us not a very nice thing to do but you know when we walked down that door that’s it all done our children are not going to go through any of it push for the fact we’re getting today’s prices and not only 20 years time

Excellent service
The lady who guided us through getting our parents funeral plans in place was lovely. She was friendly and professional and explained everything as we went through it. She was respectful of our wishes and very easy to talk and ask questions too. Both my sister and I felt very happy and comfortable with the experience.
