Very helpful service

Very helpful service. I noticed a tiny scuff mark on one of the shoes I was purchasing. They immediately gave both my shoes a very good polishing and polished out the mark! Thank you!

Nicely laid out display of footwear

Nicely laid out display of footwear and looked after by a helpful assistant. Selom, was attentive and efficient without being overpowering. This provided a good experience and we bought 2 pairs of shoes, which we are very pleased with.

The staff member Joe is a credit to your company

The staff member Joe who served us was really good with my little boy! It was his first time being measured and his first pair of shoes I thought he might have a meltdown as he isn’t very good with people he doesn’t know but Joe was really good with him and we avoided a meltdown! Thankyou joe

Odd experience

Odd experience- went to go for kids school shoes.
When I came to pay the woman said oh we have a discount running I’ve put it through with 10% off, which also means you get some free wipes.
I didn’t really want the wipes but thought fine whatever, if they’re free. When I checked the receipt she had charged me £5 for the wipes. I queried this and got told to get the discount we charge for the wipes but overall you’ve paid the same price as if you hadn’t have got the discount.
So just odd really as felt like they were trying to make out I was getting a good deal when really I was paying the same price but with some wipes I didn’t actually want…?!

My daughter was proving difficult to…

My daughter was proving difficult to find a shoe that was comfortable with her having long but thin feet. Emma was fantastic and told us what style of shoe would fit her better and didn't stop until she was completely happy and the shoes felt comfy. Brilliant service!

Webber in the Grafton St store was super patient and helpful when trying to find shoes for grandma and two energetic kids. Thank you for the great customer service.

My only caveat for the store is that the offering for kids is very limited.

Do not come for first shoe fitting

Do not come for first shoe fitting. We recently visited for a booked shoe fitting appointment for my daughter’s first ever shoes. We were expecting it to be a really nice fun first shoe experience, unfortunately it ended up being such a stressful, uncomfortable unpleasant experience instead . The staff were very rude and cold, the whole experience felt very rushed and stressful. One lady was getting very inpatient and frustrated with my daughter and measured her feet the incorrect size and wasn’t able to tell me what size my daughter is. My daughter was very stressed and overwhelmed which isn’t like her at all, and they didn’t take any time or effort to talk or interact with her to help her feel at ease. It seemed they had no experience working with children . The staff were getting annoyed with my daughter looking at the shoes and picking them up , when she’s just a baby it was keeping her occupied whilst they were looking for sizes for her to try and helping her to get used to feel of shoes etc and we would have obviously put them back but they were getting really annoyed with her for this. I was also told it was my fault my baby is so ‘traumatised’ because I should have got her shoes earlier apparently before she couldn’t even walk , which doesn’t seem right ,
It felt like a very uncomfortable frosty atmosphere and we couldn’t wait to leave. We definitely won’t be returning in future unfortunately.

Bought our first pairs of Clarks with Jenny

We visited the Belfast Clarks store at the weekend and had an absolute gem of an experience, thanks entirely to Jenny. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect fit, making our first ever Clarks purchase feel special rather than just a transaction. The kind of service that's rare these days. Jenny is a real credit to the store and deserves serious recognition. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in Belfast!
