Sent two iPads. Only received money for one. No reply to my correspondence asking where the other is. Not impressed

My device wasn't highly profitable as it was broken and quite old but I was happy with receiving the money and didn't have any problems. Will use in the future.

Sent them a refurbished phone and they tried to reduce their offer from £242 to £160 due to 'scratches'.

Dealt with quickly and to the required outcome.

First my phone was rejected and I was offered 1/4 of the orginal trade in price (even though I selected faulty) I was then asked to pay £5 to have my phone returned which I did.

A week later nothing arrived after the quoted 3-5 days. I then contacted customer services to which I was lied to, she said there was an attempted delivery and the phone was returned to them. No we missed you card through my door, no tracking number provided.

I then have an email saying I've been paid. Upon emailing further they claim my phone was lost.

To be fair to them, they do reply very quickly, but it's a complete mess. Whether it's genuine the phone was lost or they low ball everyone in hope someone accepts. Needless to say I won't be using them again.

Chased me to post the phone and then I had to chase to get paid. Would not recommend.

Disappointed after saying phone was broken and getting cost im left in a position after they receive it to either accept a revised offer or mess about with getting it back. Phone was as stated when getting price. Big con was 66 pound now 20 pound fuming

It's been nearly 3 weeks since I posted the item with their free label and almost 2 weeks since they said they were going to pay me. They said they had issues but it all sounds like excuses to me. After contacting CompareMyMobile to complain they suddenly said I would have my cheque today. Still no signs of it. I'm starting to panic if I lost both my device and the money. I don't think they're reliable at all. I wouldn't trust them anymore. I would have expected from them a lot more and a compensation at least after all this waiting.

Outstanding service, as soon as they had received my phone I got updates as to its progress and a cheque sent out within the day! Will absolutely use these guys again. Thought I would have money knocked off for the massive crack in the screen but they paid what they promised.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolute crooks!!! I sent off my phone and they sent me an email to say that I needed to remove the icloud account from my iphone before processing. It skipped my mind (no reminders were sent) and when I finally replied they told me the device is automatically recycled after 30 days at a value of £0!! This is hidden in their terms and conditions. They did not state this in their email to me, otherwise I would have considered it urgent to sort out. Totally unfair! If this had been a higher value device I would be taking further action. No business should get away with this sort of treatment of customers! The company goes under TRG which includes click2recycle, phones4cash and Gadget Rehab.
