Easy, quick and fair

Click2Recycle were very fast in every way and gave the money they stated on their site for my phone. Would definitely use again.

Traded in a broken Ipad and got a good trade in a mount for it. Was easy to send the ipad with prepaid packaging & easy to receive the money. Will use again!

Will be recycling with these guys again - helped me to sort out an order query then communicated quickly and regularly. The money was in my bank in no time.

Only got paid because I chased it. Apparently they were having problems with Paypal, so asked for my bank details in an email! Needless to say I saiud no, so asked for a cheque. Cheque arrived 2 days later and was banked today. Lets hope it doesn't bounce!

Wasn't sure at first about using click2recycle because I hadn't heard of them before but I'm so glad I did now! Compared a lot of other websites to trade in my iPad for money and most were offering me a maximum of £15... click2recycle offered me a lot more and the services were quick and reliable!

Very prompt service, sent the freepost envelope the next day and within a week had received the full payment advertised. Freepost only took two days to arrive at their warehouse, a couple of days later received payment.

I was left for 3 weeks with no payment, on querying I was told they had a "problem" with they PayPal payments system and I could be paid via bank transfer or cheque in the post instead.

In fairness they paid me almost straight away when I provided them with bank details, but it doesn't really seem good customer service to wait for customers to chase up payment before admitting there are problems.

I sent my phone in Friday, confirmation of it's arrival was sent to me Tuesday, they also informed me it was currently being tested. A few hours later a testing engineer phoned to confirm the phone was exactly how I described (broken screen) and payment would be made later that day, which it was.

I felt I was kept in the loop due to the constant updates and had nothing to worry about. Great customer service on the phone as well.

They also offered me the best price and stuck to their word upon it's arrival.
