I’ve now had a response from the company after 2 weeks offering 10% as others said but saying the cost of returns is high & they are unwilling to give the return address saying it’s not the same as the original address.
Wondering has anyone else
Approached trading standards? It’s an expensiveMistake but I guess just have to write Off the money & Donate the goods to charity.

I ordered 3 jumpsuits. 1 arrived and was terrible quality but the right size, another was a little girls size and the third never arrived. I emailed twice months ago and got one reply saying they were on holiday for the next 3 days. I have still not heard back and they refuse to give me a refund.

Terrible quality dresses. Attempting to return at the moment. Had one response asking for photographs of the goods. Now not answering any of my emails and I don't have a return address to send them back to. Terrible company.

Shocking shoddy clothing. Not found one good review. Returning dress would have cost 18 pounds. Do not buy!!!

Don’t buy from this company , cheap and tacky ,been waiting since June for a refund on a parcel I returned

Items received were cheap and tacky. sizes were not the sizes they say they are. Took ages to get my order and did not receive one item. It will cost me too much to return Items its not worth it. The Items are being advertised on face book under different names ie Luboutique,Youngeshe and Finensly. Warning do not buy

I purchased a dress
I purchased a dress, which was nice but too large and smelt of smoke. I asked to return it but was told to send a photo of why it was the wrong size. When I queried that, I had another email suggesting I send it to family or a friend and they would give me 10%, claiming the tax would cost too much to return it. I have literally never heard of such a ridiculous return policy. Well it isn’t a return policy. They have also blocked me on facebook adverts.

This company is based in China and fail to tell you that when you purchase. The items look great on their website but the arrive in a horrid polyester material. They're unflattering!
Worst part is, I requested a return and refund of arrival back in June. They bartered with me for a weeks to get me to keep the items for a 10% discount. I of course declined and they finally provided me with a return address.
The items were returned 26th August. It's now 27th September and I haven't had a refund. This company has stolen my money and had their goods returned and I will make sure that everyone know this.
We are amidst a pandemic, I have lost my job and I am struggling to feed my family YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Not a pleasant experience dealing with this company, ordered dresses checked measurements they don’t fit, Then 1 item is advertised at a certain length but when it arrives it’s about 90cm different in length but when you raise this they fail to deal with the issue, Having a dress that doesn’t actually cover your bottom isn’t an issue apparently, it’s clearly not as described!!! to return any is a nightmare as you have to have approval explain your reason send photo of items, then they suggest you get 10% refund and you keep items, however when you refuse and ask for returns address it is China and tell you that you have to pay duties and what you will get back after cost of item is pennies, they have a 14 day return window of which approximately 7/9 of this is waiting for them to respond in the first place, I would not recommend buying from them. The most disappointing thing is one of the dresses was actually really lovely and in the right size would have been perfect.

They don’t even deserve one star what a load of rubbish ! that’s if you receive your order still waiting for my top to come which I ordered back in July. Tried to get my money back though PayPal they were no help what so ever they sent them shipment tracking saying my stuff was delivered which it wasn’t and PayPal haven’t even checked with me .. Please please don’t order from this company biggest load of rubbish ever.

Received items after a 3 week wait, cheap and tacky, went straight in bin, i only ordered beach dresses, but they could be used as fitted t-shirts and im not even that tall

Absolute rubbish.totally conned by the pictures. Seams are puckered, one seam coming undone,rubbish material,dreadful fit need I say more. Had to leave 1 star to be able to write a review. Not worth my trouble to even try and return after reading the comments. Lesson learned never again.

Please, do not buy anything from this site! I ordered 2 tops, which on arrival I could see the poor quality, and sizing is also way off the mark. If you do return items, it goes to an address in China! £14 for the privilege.
I paid via PayPal, and after 6 weeks received just part refund. When I asked where the rest of the refund was , they said that PayPal took a 5% charge, which is rubbish. Don't touch this site!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Received my dress order and am shocked at how awful the dress is. It barely resembles the dress in the advert! It has no shape and the material is vile!! It is nothing like the dress ordered more like the material used to make old fashioned itchy felt hospital blankets. You would need to be Rumpelstiltskin to wear it as is so long. Hideous dress . . . Truly hideous!!

This company is awful (it also goes by the name of luboutique). Their products are terrible, their sizing is so way off that nothing fits, one item arrived and the pocket had been sewn on back to front meaning the daisy was on the inside. I ordered four items and two months later only three have arrived. DON'T DO IT!!!!

I would give zero stars if it was possible - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Quality is horrendous and any returns have to be sent to China which costs an absolute fortune. Shocking - do not touch them.

Disgusting company dont touch clothing qualitymy dog could of made better!!! nothimg like picture told returns would cost more than i payed and would i like 5% !!!!! Over £50 down and the company has may different names, aw and from china suprise !!!! Absolutely disgusting people dont touch

The quality is shocking. The sizing is wrong. They do not supply a return address; the address given is a shipping company which they say they can't get the parcel from. I'm still arguing about getting my money back 3 months later! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Just a con. Steer away from this website. Returned poor quality goods and still waiting for a refund. Been over 3 months. I am reporting them to UK Trading Standards. Also, reporting them to Bank and Credit Card company. UK consumers need take on stance on this website and get it shut down.

Do not click on buy. Have just received my so called loose jersey maxi dress it’s hideous the asymmetric bodice is made of nylon and the main part of a cheap and nasty furry fabric similar to what they make kids cheap toys out of. A total waste of £25 not worth returning as the postage would cost me a lot. Will never ever buy online again via Facebook instagram etc please don’t buy
