CreditSafe has been a great tool for evaluating the creditworthiness of prospective customers and supporting informed credit decisions. The monitoring features help us stay on top of changes with existing customers, and the payment data appears to be current and reliable. Overall, it's a valuable resource that makes the credit management process more efficient.

Usually has credit information on our credit applicants, but there are many that started business 2 years ago and less and there is no information on Creditsafe. We love the ability to look up the credit information on our own and not have to wait for a report.

The renewal of Creditsafe was very rushed; staff did not give me much time to review pricing before the product term expired and every question I asked seemed to generate three additional emails. The main point of contact went on vacation and wasn't copying anyone else internally, which resulted in the service expiring before a decision could be made.
