Very helpful, really helped me out to look forward to the future and not worry if I would even survive to the following week. I would highly recommend to anyone with debt relief that they are struggling to deal with. I suffer with mental health anyway, but my debt had made me so depressed and even suicidal. With the help, advice and support I received, I now look forward to the next day instead of wishing I wouldn't wake up instead. I'm a mum of 3 so having that emotion and that way of thinking is a VERY serious and scary thought. Now I feel ashamed I ever felt that way, but that's how bad it was. I want to say how extatic I feel after having all my debts written off and it was all thanks to Loraine Suddes who did a lot of work on my behalf writing letters to the debt management companies and much more like deciphering my paperwork for a start! It is so good to be debt free and as before I would have to ask my father to help me and he is a pensioner. Loraine works in the Yeovil branch and also Cara Faulkner in the Yeovil branch too helped me a lot before I met Loraine. Thanks to them so much. I’m over the moon with the service I received. Dave, my advisor, helped me in some many cases linked to many institutions and companies I can not even remember. Every single advice from his side was correct and helpful. Dave brought my life back to normal.

I had a lot of problems with debt and trying to sort out a lot of things in my life, I rang Yeovil cab and spoke to someone who was very kind and said thetd be in touch. then I got a phone call and not only did she help sort out the council my dwp and utilities, was like having a freind but who knew how to do all this difficult stuff, prioritising emailing and telephoning and just having that knowledge to cut through and get things sorted out. I couldn't be more happy as I was feeling bit on my own in it all.and that I couldn't see how I was going to sort it out.

Amazing service highly recommend Jonathan Morgan, has helped me so much over the last 6 months and finally im at a place where I can move forward with my life. Give this man a raise.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Richard who handled my Debt Relief Order. From start to finish Richard remained the most helpful, efficient and personable adviser you could hope for to complete this process. He made what is more than likely to most, a stressful and embarrassing situation, and dealt with it with great sensitivity and care. He was very thorough and patient throughout the duration of our phone calls and strived to make sure I had a good comprehension of what each part of the DRO process entailed.

Richard is an enormous credit to the service and to the Citizens Advice Bureau on the whole and I’m glad he was the one to see me through the application stage.
