I am really happy with the help and guidance i had from Richard at citizens advice. They have given me a lot of information and support with my debt relief order and universal credits.

I would like to day what a great experience it has been with the help of Richard and the team, but mostly Richard .
I can not express my thanks enough for the help i have received

My debts that i had got myself into due to my incapacity to work had spiraled compleatky put of control and I could not see a way put
My mental health has seriously taken a battering .

Richard not only helped me unconditionally with my debts he also gave me hope and listened to my ramblings sometimes.

I am so happy that my debt relief order is now near completion and when others said go to a professional debt expert i know I did the rigjt thing by 8gnoring that advice and trusted in the citizens advice

You guys have all really gone above and beyond just as I thought I was going to give up hope. Everyone has been so friendly and understanding.

These guys have helped me take back my life just when I thought all was lost. They have done so much for me and still helping me. I came to these guys when I was on the floor and had no energy left to pick myself back up. They picked me up and energised me to reclaim my life by being so caring and understanding and getting me so much help that I didn’t know existed!! Richard and David in the weston branch in particular but everyone I’ve spoken to there have been very nice and caring. It’s been very very hard and embarrassing to ask for food but these guys made me feel like I’m completely worth every bit of help that I get!! I’ve just finished my first day back in full-time work today. And I’m so excited about the future and I truly believe nothing like this would’ve been possible if it wasn’t for their unwavering help. And I’ll never forget them.
