I wish I read the reviews! I impulse bought a nail fungus laser treatment and tried to cancel immediately after, they ignored me and sent anyway, when i got it I decided to give it a try. 2 months later my nails are worse after using it every day. I said it was faulty and asked for a replacement or refund and they refused saying i didn't order the advanced warranty! it should have had a years warranty!

I don’t recommend.
The company has very good communications, and always respond, however, I am not sure whether they understand English or not!
I placed my order over 3 weeks ago, and began chasing my product about 2 weeks ago. And I still have not received my item.

Missing parts to order
My order arrived but with an item missing. I’ve tried ringing their uk/USA helpline but a French speaking woman says I’ve not rung the correct number and then the phone hangs up.
Tried opening a ticket through an automated system on their website and received an email that the ticket was acknowledged and it’d be responded to in 24hr and if I wanted to track my query to follow the included link… I click on the link and it’s in perhaps Portuguese (?!) and after somehow logging in it says I have no tickets pending.
I’d say avoid completely. As their customer service is non existent.

Waiting for over 2 months. Terrible customer support.
I ordered my product in April. I received confirmation only in May (after around 2 weeks). I have been waiting for delivery for over 2 months. Support is not responsive. Their policy does not describe refund options. Feels very untrustworthy. Stay away from this company or whatever they call themselves.
