purchased a heater pro x,plugged it in and within an hour it had melted the case.Highly efficient fire hazard,unpluged the unit and burnt my hand ,no use complaining as i wont get a reply and am going to donate it to my local fire brigade,highly dangerous should not be sale .be warned\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Just received this order. 3 of them not what is advertised at all.

Very very dangerous I plugged heater in it sparked and wire went on fire and a bang fused my electric box.

Contacted PayPal no answer from company. Contacted friend whose retired fire man and there’s no British flag in the plug. Someone need to stop this company selling asp. Any advice how to do this ? Fortunately my 2 and 4 year old where at school and Nursey.

Heater Pro X, I tried to cancel this order but could not. On receiving the Heater I plugged it in and it exploded with a loud bang, sparks and a strong smell of burning, tripped my fuse box, should not be advertising this item for sale in the UK as it comes from China. Customer service is shocking!!

I cancelled the air coolers I ordered due to taking so long to arrive. Came home from holiday to find parcel in garden, emailed company who took 8 days to answer and then said my return policy was 14 days . Absolute rubbish . Contacted bank to issue a chargeback . Ordered 21.7.22 told it

Why didn't I check here first, so I ordered 2 units at a total cost of £118, I paid via PayPal pay in 3, the 1st payment went out before the fans even arrived !! On unpacking them I soon realised I had bought cheap flimsy plastic units both had faulty auxiliary buttons and even on high speed I could blow more powerfully, contacted them numerous times NO RESPONSE until I contacted PayPal then all of a sudden they responded once I'd opened a dispute !! I'm now having to make all the payments until I can claim my money back, please please AVOID THIS COMPANY what they advertise is not what you get !!!!! I have asked for a return label countless times but don't hold out much hope, you have been warned.

I would advise anyone not to buy an Evo fan. I bought direct from the company and a different make cooler arrived. Made from cheap plastic it didn’t look at all substantial. Further more it did not work. I got in touch to complain and ask for a refund. They said I could have £10 off, another one sent for free or return it. Returning it would’ve incurred big shipping costs so I opted for another one. (I could sell on EBay) Anyway I’m still waiting for the second one to arrive. I thought I was buying a high quality item - it lost nearly £80 - three or four times more expensive than other similar air coolers! I’ve learned a lesson from this.

In contrast to the many reviews here, I was able to get satisfaction from this company. I ordered Nexfan EVO but a Nexfan 01 arrived, which was a vastly inferior model. I emailed and got an automated response saying my complaint was being dealt with. After nearly two weeks I emailed again saying “Time for some action” A day later I got a reply asking for photographic evidence, which I supplied, and after another got a choice of three offers. 1) £10 off the model supplied, 2) Reorder, 3) Money back. I opted for money back, which was credited to my Visa account two day later. So I can’t really fault them, once the problem was acknowledged, which was a little slow, the service was polite, quick and efficient.

Bought an air cooler, which arrived in bits. No email to complain to, from China. Disgraceful. Won't use them again

Absolutely fuming paid my goods £118 by PayPal downloaded tracking device. Said they'd been delivered by mail. They hadn't been delivered at all and every possible for of contacting them to report this has failed. Do not by goods from this bogus company

You get an initial response saying that a 'ticket' has been opened with regard your complaint...then nothing.

Don't be fooled, this is a very expensive fan NOTHING MORE!!! What a con. If you freeze the filter and add ice cubes to the water res? It drops the air from the fan for 10 mins. The spray doesn't work. 1 stars too much.

I ordered 1 NEXFAN EVO - just arrived after many weeks and it is broken in transit. Quite impossible to contact them as the recommended email doesn’t accept mail. Tried every which way and am thoroughly cheesed off and will LIVE and LEARN - do not order from ‘cheap’ company sites. Do I have to kiss goodbye to my £69? Has anyone had any success in getting a refund?

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I wish I had looked into buying a suitable product before I went and ordered this sub standard piece of rubbish that doesn’t even work - it took 5 weeks to arrive and it has arrived today and is not nex fan evo but an unbranded piece of rubbish that doesn’t even work. I have emailed the company but do not expect a reply & have also contacted trading standards - it cost £69 and I’ve been well had - STAY CLEAR OF THEM PLEASE

I bought 3 air conditioning units, after seeing an advert pop up in You tube. I received no email confirmation for the purchase and did not receive what I had bought. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
It doesn't deserve 1 star.

Ordered a Nexfan Evo air cooler. Had to wait ages and when finally arrived it was a Nexfan Ultra. Thought look in case the same BUT first the USB lead would not plug in, I know was the lead sent as used one for my phone and it worked as lights came on.
The unit required it to be plugged in to use . Had no battery to charge so would not be portable as advertised
sent an email to them at the email shown for queries.
It bounced back no such email.

After much searching found another link where had to put in details of order and sizes etc - ridiculous as the item sent was not what i ordered- Order shipped! - Nexfan EVO [TRD-E7-GB01202207002005] therefore just want to send it back and a refund.
