Easy to purchase, good delivery, unfortunately I can’t wear either fragrance as they both give me a headache

Ordered a perfume on the 12th and still haven’t received it when they promise dispatch within 48 hours and delivery in 5 days.

No communication , no updates.

If you don’t have the product or the staff to process my order, just cancel it and refund me. And reply to your emails.

Very impressed with service and speed of delivery. Although I have been a little dissapointed with some of the perfumes I have purchased, overall I can only recommend this company very highly.

Have ordered multiple times from here and the shipping is always fast and well packaged.They made a mistake on one order but customer service was very helpful and sorted it out quickly,my favourite bit about this site is that you can find cheaper versions of expensive perfumes easily as it tells you on most perfumes what the scent profile is the same as

I had a really bad experience with this company as a first-time purchaser, buying around 9 items. They sent out a parcel with 7 items, which I received. Then they sent out the remaining items, which I didn't receive. When I checked the Royal Mail tracking info, it said "items recalled by seller." I waited for an email to keep me in the loop, but no such luck. I eventually got in touch, and they responded after a day, saying something about being busy and "once we have received the items back, blah blah." I waited and waited, then I emailed them again. They gave the same response, not really giving me any positive news. They even stopped communicating, so I was very fortunate that I used PayPal. I had to file a grievance, and they sorted out my refund. The company has a poor operation when it comes to customer service. Buy at your own risk.

A little bit more expensive than others but I trust them more for genuine perfumes

Very well priced, products authentic, and prompt delivery.

Made two orders, the first was delayed due to stock issues, but the team went out of their way to compensate me for that with an additional 5% refund from the order, only amounts to a couple of quid but good to know that customer service is a priority. The second order arrived on time without a hitch.

Next time a middle Eastern dupe hits the ground running, it's Emirates Oud I'll be checking first.

Ordered on Monday morning before 10am, didn’t get a despatched email till Thursday (website states 24-48 dispatch time). This was not met. Royal Mail are saying they are yet to receive the order (it’s now Saturday). Doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my items anytime soon. Only the second time I’ve used this website. Not sure I’ll be back. Customer support seems not existent.

Customer support finally got back to me (Saturday) to say my parcel will be dispatched on Monday.. so the Thursday dispatch email was a complete lie. Dispatched a full week after ordering, could have the aftershaves far quicker if I’d shopped elsewhere. I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued. Looks like they took payment for stock they didn’t have which seems to be a pattern if other reviews are to be believed.

5 stars for the buying experience and the fast processing minus 2 stars because you chose UPS which is the worst company to have orders in fast delivery. Took 10 days to proceed in the country of delivery is impossible in 2026. I had 3 perfumes from Japan and China, took 3-4 working days with Fedex. I m not sure to buy back from you because of super slow UPS delivery.

I placed my order on 3 February 2026 and received it on 10 February, several days later than scheduled.

Meanwhile, a partial refund was issued without explanation while I was still expecting the full delivery, and I was only informed afterwards that Afnan Supremacy Collector’s Edition was not in stock. My emails requesting clarification were answered after delivery.

One of the bottles, Rayhan Terra, appears to be leaking from the top when sprayed. My email about that has still not been answered although I provided clear photos.

Overall, the delayed delivery, lack of communication, and accepting payment for an item that was not in stock made this a frustrating experience.
