"Evri attempted delivery" is just a lie. They are completely & utterly useless. I always give very precise instructions, which include the door code & I live on the ground floor, a short walk fr... See more

Awful
Jame our local delivery driver is awful, we have had parcels left in the street, miles away and also thrown behind our car on the driveway, found the next morning. Tonight our parcel was left at a neighbour’s house, we have CCTV & can see that no-one attempted to deliver a parcel. where possible we ask companies not to use Evri because the delivery so so unreliable.
Safe place continously ignored !
Evri contacted me regarding a complaint and offered me a callback, instead I received an email which was regarding parcel not received ! I'd complained regarding numerous packages left on doorstep umpteen times...they either don't understand English or they don't care...which is it EVRI !!!

No longer using Evri
From now on Evri you will be very pleased to learn that I'm not going to purchase anything that uses Evri as a courier as you or someone has decided that my house is not accessible
Too much automation and no service
This is my 4th submission regarding trying to speak to someone at Evri. There will be a reply you will see below from Becky, which is the biggest load of rubbish you can imagine, as Becky isn’t real. Too much AI and too much chat box etc. Becky says to phone to speak to someone. Wrong there is no way you can talk to anyone! She says go to site. Wrong you still can’t get anyone to phone you back. I eventually had someone email, who hadn’t bothered to read my correspondence and I’m now waiting for an answer, after getting back to them 4 days ago
Yet again damaged goods
Yet again damaged goods; wrong way up! Must be illiterate or some ? Evri are a rubbish delivery co.no prompt on this delivery, and no confirmation on parcel being dumped in porch. Also on line form where do you want …….filled in number of times still get parcels dumped all over our ( 1 acre) plot.why would you use them as a business!
Saw driver stealing my parcel after taking pic
Took a pic of my parcel and said delivered then i saw him from my window carrying it and taking it back with him to his van. An actual robbery
I agree with all previous comments
I agree with all previous comments. I’ve waited three weeks for a parcel that never came, despite all their pie crust promises to deliver. Awaiting another, but they had some issue in delivery. I literally groaned when I saw Evri was supposed to deliver another parcel. To have an entire programme ‘Panorama’ devoted to how awful they are says a lot. Nasty pieces of work.
Parcels not delivered after sold on…
Parcels not delivered after sold on vinted. The buyer chose evri. I wouldn't ship anything with evri.
I've shipped thousands of items via royal mail. Never any issues.
Evri. 17 parcels 3 not arrived. They should be investigated. Shocking service. Zero stars would be more fitting.

EVRI: A Masterclass in Incompetence, Vanishing Parcels, and Zero Accountability
If you are considering using EVRI to deliver anything of value—financial or sentimental—don’t. What happened to my family is beyond poor service; it borders on institutional negligence with a worrying lack of accountability.
EVRI lost an irreplaceable family heirloom: a high-value, professionally framed picture, securely packed and clearly labelled, sent from Northern Ireland. This was not some flimsy envelope. This was a large, well-packaged item that does not simply “fall behind a shelf.”
According to EVRI’s own tracking system, the parcel:
Arrived safely at a Northern Ireland depot
Was marked as “at the depot and ready to go out for delivery”
Then sat there for over a week with repeated unexplained delays
Only after I formally complained did something truly alarming happen.
The Tracking History Was Changed
Yes—changed.
The detailed tracking history that previously showed the parcel safely inside the depot suddenly disappeared, replaced with the vague and convenient status:
“Item lost.”
So let’s be very clear here:
The parcel was confirmed to be in EVRI’s possession
It was inside a depot
It did not go missing in transit
It did not fail to arrive at a destination
It vanished while under EVRI’s direct control
And then the evidence of that fact was altered.
How does a large, framed, high-value item “disappear” from a secured depot?
How does tracking data change after a complaint is submitted?
Why is there no explanation, no investigation, no named individual, and no responsibility?
No One Is Ever Responsible at EVRI
EVRI’s response can be summarised as:
“We’re sorry”
“It’s lost”
“There’s nothing more we can do”
Apparently:
Depot staff are not accountable
Depot managers are not accountable
Regional management is not accountable
Corporate customer service is not accountable
So who exactly is responsible when an item vanishes from a depot?
Because parcels do not evaporate.
They are mishandled, misplaced, or taken.
EVRI’s refusal to even acknowledge this reality raises deeply uncomfortable questions about internal controls, security, and loss prevention.
Changing Tracking Data After a Complaint Is Deeply Concerning
The most disturbing part is not even the loss itself—it’s the retroactive alteration of tracking information.
Tracking exists to provide transparency and accountability.
If that data can simply be changed when a complaint is raised, then the entire system is meaningless.
That alone should alarm:
Consumers
Retailers
Regulators
Any company trusting EVRI with their logistics
Compensation Is Not the Point
No amount of compensation replaces a family heirloom. This was irreplaceable. What is replaceable, however, is EVRI as a courier.
Small Claims Court Is the Only Language EVRI Understands
Since EVRI refuses to:
Provide a real explanation
Identify where the parcel was lost
Acknowledge responsibility at depot level
Preserve accurate tracking records
…the only remaining option is formal legal action, if only on principle.
Because if a company can lose high-value items inside its own depot, alter tracking records, and then shrug its shoulders—that company should not be trusted with anyone’s property.
Final Verdict
EVRI is not a courier service; it is a liability.
No accountability
No transparency
No security
No integrity in record-keeping
If you value your belongings, your time, or your sanity:
Do not use EVRI.
And if you already have—document everything, because when things go wrong, EVRI certainly won’t.
Court case on the way.
We live in a retirement complex of 50 flats.
Our undelivered parcel was given to no.13 not no. 34... 50 metres away as they were receiving one as well.
A picture taken sent to us of no. 13. Receiving it she saying its not ours its no. 34.
The driver took it away and never delivered it to us no. 34.
We viewed our email seeing the picture not us getting it. Only by chance we recognised the doorway as its got marks on it. No. 13 said they handed it back to the postman. Make your own conclusions the postmans got it.
Rang Evri they say we have a picture of the delivery.
We said wrong flat. Wrong person your driver has got it. Were going to court now with our evidence we dont stand for liars and cheats.
Would give a minus number yet again
Would give a minus number yet again. Third parcel in a row not delivered/lost/delivered to wrong address. Seriously, this has to be a racket. Why do companies use this courier?
Avoid - No customer service backup
12th Dec, Evri posted large envelope through by door that and be ripped open and contents missing. I have tried every week for past 7 weeks to contact their customer service with no response. I have emailed, telephoned, left umpteen messages on their automated chat and left several negative online reviews. The only reply I get is an Automated reply to trustpilot reviews telling how important their customers are and that I should contact their cusomer services. This is a company to avoid. Yes they are cheap, but they are also dishonest and have no customer service back up. You pay your money and take your choice. I await your next automated reply and in the meantime will leave negative review every 7 days.

They reported on their tracker my package was damaged and couldn't be delivered, but then delivered an empty package anyway, actually looks like it was opened and the contents removed. Still that's more than they have ever managed to deliver before, they usually just loose anything sent to me
Not Good
Parcel was, damaged, corners crushed, looked like someone opened then closed up, plus the Parcel was thrown on the step, the delivery person didn't even knock or ring the door bell, how are they allowed to run as a delivery firm with people's personal items

If, as so many of you seem to want to complain about Evri, the delivery company, may I suggest you use the

Then your negative rants will be seen by the company, and things may then improve. All the best for 2026.

Totally baffled.
