EVERI delivery !!!!!is completely a joke makers I’m not happy with the competence they have I have lost two packages the first from temu the cost £63 and the second is a mobile phone cost £54 I all ways put in delivery description I need my packages to be delivered on the the front of my door ???? But unfortunately they’re throwing my delivery on the mailroom where clearly there’s a note on the walls sais don’t leave the delivery in mailroom there is thief’s a round !!!!its been a week now I have sent email to EVERI explaining the matter!! But there’s none answer…I need my full refund.

This company lie routinely ,
The package was later found in the neighbour's garden where it had been thrown . The package was very small and accurately labelled and would easily go through the letter box of the numbered door .

Once again

Once again, I had a parcel scheduled to bedelivered Saturday evening at 20.09 pm I noticed on the app parcel stated attempted delivery no attempt was made these clowns do not realise there are so many ring doorbells he took a picture which looks like it was in the back of the van. This has been reported on the Saturday and still no update so the proof is the courier received the parcel so where is it now? People are at their wits ends why should they pay all this money for items for your drivers to just take at there leisure? Surely something has got to be done this cannot go on !!!

Fraudulent thief’s

Shocking! Poor service never has been reliable. I believe this business is operating fraudulentley. No customer service except a bot. The proof of delivery images are always blank picture. Good job I have cctv. Also very poor English or no English speaking delivery drivers. No respect for peoples property. AVOID at all costs. I have lost count of how much time and money this shit show has cost me.

Smashing Stuff

I ordered 3 stair rails via an Amazon shop, to be delivered by EVRI. We found a note in our letter box on Tuesday 22nd Feb telling us the EVRI guy had rang our bell and he was taking the items away because nobody was in. That was a barefaced lie. We were definitely at home. The following day EVRI returned. Nobody rang our bell but I saw the vehicle and went to the door to find the stair rails on the doorstep. One of them was smashed way beyond repair. It must have been subjected to considerable violence. This company has a well deserved reputation as the worst of the worst.

Lost my parcel and refuses to pay compensation. they said it was up to the seller to compensate me.
And now today delivered another parcel to a house 1/2 a mile away, THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED .they seem to think they have nothing to loose Do NOT TRUST THEM

I have just had a problem with Evri

I have just had a problem with Evri , went to collect a clock & collect parcel from a store on 3 occasions , no code scanner on my. Phone only that Evri had delivered it . eBay wouldn't refund me and, closed the case . I was going to go down to citizens advice and police . Then I wake up this morning and they have refunded the money. Before I purchase any thing else I will find out what couriers they use .

Parcel returned via EVRI in OCTOBER…

Parcel returned via EVRI in OCTOBER 2025, and the supplier never received it. I have been attempting since then to locate or recover the parcel, value £179.80, numerous emails,but they constantly cannot or will not give me an answer.
One can only assume that the goods have been pilfered within the organisation and sold on.
My only recourse now is the small claims court.

After not receiving my parcel and sending 26 e mails to evri and them telling me they had my parcel they didn't have my parcel my parcel was lost i would receive my parcel within two days they stopped answering my e mails and I'm £36 out of pocket DO NOT USE THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY I will never again

Their driver delivered our packages to a door which was not ours, not near us and we could not locate the area by the photo they took - the drivers are totally incompetent - Customer service?? there isn't any "we will raise this with the manager" doesn't mean anything...

Evri delivery service is one of the worst and most unreliable companies in the UK. Even after several complaints, their drivers still do not follow customers’ delivery instructions. They mark parcels as “delivered” when I have never actually received them. This causes customers unnecessary stress and frustration because of their unreliability. I hope businesses think carefully before contracting with Evri, as it may damage their reputation as much as Evri’s has been damaged.
