I ordered the same item in 2 sizes just in case. They were being delivered to store separately but I received emails about estimated delivery (to store) for both and they were delivered on time. Collection was really easy. I returned the unwanted item to a different store (purely down to convenience for me) and that was really easy too. Definitely recommend!

Bought four items but had to return three of them, mainly due to sizing issues but also colour rendition (colour on-screen versus the real-life colour - admittedly, this is a common problem with online clothes shopping.) The sizing was the most critical factor. I used always to find that FF tops in a size 10 petite fitted but this is no longer the case. This makes me reluctant to buy more FF online. Quality still seems quite good and the Brea coat I kept is well made and fits (even though it's not a petite which rather proves my point that the sizing is no longer reliable.

Having been greeted by Lejla at your Watford branch, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she was able to source a denim jacket that I had been told, was apparently out of stock. Lejla quickly identified my requirements, checked and then double checked stock, eventually sourcing the jacket but moreover, ensuring it was available to be delivered in store the very next day!
Lejla's light hearted manner, focus, and diligence was an absolute delight to see in someone so young.
I kindly ask FatFace senior management to recognise and reward Lejla's hard work, as both her professionalism and commitment to her role is a credit to both her team and your organisation.

It was easy to order my new dress for my holiday. It is made very well. The dress fits me very well and is already in my suitcase.

Benjamin was very helpful found me the perfect dress even ordered a petite length that I ended up changing back over for a regular length

I love Fat face clothes. However, I ordered these Jeans as last minute essential for a European weekend away. I was confident they would fit so didn't try them on before leaving . Unfortunately, they were huge on me, even though I ordered my normal size 12, they hung off of me. I hadn't packed another option so had to wear them with a belt, but they are most unflattering and now of course I can't return them :(.

Also, when are companies including FF going to stop using Evri, who literally dumped this delivery under a hedge on my drive, 5 paces away from my actual post box!!

Placed an order on 10th April, specifically as the items would be delivered by the 13th April for my holiday on 15th April. Well it’s now the 19th April as it’s still just showing as “left warehouse”. No updates from you and I can’t cancel the order - as I no longer need it now. Really poor. In response to your comment - no I haven’t as I’m on my holiday!! I shouldn’t have to chase you on this.
