I am so annoyed with myself for not reading these reviews I have been scammed out of £80 ! Eventually received 3 very poor quality tops that looked nothing like the advertised photo , asked for a refund and was offered 15 % and told to keep items 🤷‍♀️ Own fault should know better 🤬

Don't sell lies .plastic cheap crap .sized wrong .and say it was leather .disgusting

Buyer Beware! The items are cheaply made and not from the fabrics stated; there is very little resemblance to the photos on the website.
It took 5 weeks to arrive and that was only after an email asking where it was.

Waited weeks for order finally arrived very poor quality disgusting workmanship not even fit for the rag bag do not use this company you will be wasting your money

Placed an order for 3 items . No information on the order being processed or despatched had to send 10 emails before any response. 1 item finally arrived . Very poor quality and fit.
Unable to return. No idea when or if other 2 items will ever arrive.

I have just read reviews for this company and wish I had seen them before I am another customer that’s been scammed they took my money told me they were having issues with stock! I have asked for a full refund 7 times and has been ignored I have been told a 25% handling fee will be taking when my order has not even been processed, please stay away from this company at ALL COSTS. Never have I ever had to deal with a company in this state where they are clearly stealing people hard earned money!

Dreadful experience. Like so many others, it was only after I placed my order that I realised that there would be a long wait for delivery - in my case almost 3 weeks. And when the trousers I ordered arrived they were of poor quality. I tried to phone them to arrange a return and refund but the phone no. on their website wasn't recognised. In my opinion they are a Chinese company pretending to trade as an English company. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.

I have not received my order. The customer service site does not reply and the telephone number doesn't exist. They are scammers and thieves. Never order from this site. Google Chrome has a duty of care to its customers and should remove this site

I too have fallen victim to these scam artists. I noted it was a UK address and blithely went ahead and ordered from them. Guess what? No sign of my order. I asked for tracking details, they wouldn't give any. Unfortunately after placing the order, it said 15 days for delivery, alarm bells rang. I've tried to cancel the order and get a refund. That's 30 quid I'll never see again. I'm so cross at myself for not checking them out first. Please, avoid this company like the plague.

I would have given zero star but unfortunately there’s no option to do so.
SATURDAY (night) - I placed an order with this company because of its UK address. Then subsequently realised that it would take 15 working days for me to receive the item and so I cancelled my order within a few minutes of placing it and requested that they refund my money.
SUNDAY - I received an email asking me the reason for cancelling my order. I explained that I was going away and would not receive the item in time for my holiday.
MONDAY - I received an email stating that they would speed up transportation. I responded by asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. I then received another email offering me 8% discount not to cancel. I responded by asking them to cancel and refund my money
TUESDAY - I received an email offering me 12% discount not to cancel. I responded by asking them to cancel and refund my money.
WEDNESDAY - I received an email stating that if I insist on cancelling the order they will deduct 25% from my money. I responded that such action is illegal as I cancelled within minutes of placing the order. They responded stating that I need to pay a handling fee to cancel the order, which I find ridiculous as I had cancelled within minutes of placing my order. I wish I had read all the reviews before placing my order. So people be warned STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS and should not get away with their blatant scamming.
PS: I have now reported the matter to Trading Standards via The Citizen Advice Bureau.

Why is Trustpilot not investigating this company?I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of sandals over a year ago and they were fake,I contacted Trading standards but because they are produced in China nothing could be done!I wouldn't even give them to a charity shop,they were so bad and totally unwearable!!!

Absolutely shocking, like so many other reviews the item we ordered was nothing like the picture they also offered a refund or return it at our own cost, opted for a 30% refund figured that would be a better option, 3 months in still waiting !!!!! DO NOT be tempted to buy from these!!!!!

Ordered two pairs of shoes - terrible quality, doesn't really look like in the pictures, sizes are wrong as well. Asked for a full refund and where I can send the shoes back - customer 'service' suggested me to sell it online for a full price 🤣 and eventually offered a 25% refund.
After around 9 emails back and forth I have reported them to my bank as a scam. Not sure if bank have contacted them, but I got a full refund within a few weeks after opening a case.

Ordered sandals that my mum seen she liked and it’s cheap material that is only worth spending a £1 on not £20 your not aloud a refund either as they don’t want to pay money for getting it shipped back to China which costs the same amount as the sandals. They are just scamming people. Don’t buy anything they advertise.

Received nasty cheap sandals. If I had seen them I wouldn't have bought them. Cheap,thin leather more like plastic. Would have paid £5 for them not £20+! No return slip so you are expected to keep them I suppose.

I ordered three shirts from this company only one has turned up it is the wrong size and the wrong garment the other two have not turned up I have asked for a refund and have sent over 14 emails to them plus I found out they charged me and extra 42 pounds on my credit card I did not find this out until I got my statement through the insist they have arrived first they told me that I signed for it I asked them for proof then they told me to ask my neighbors or check my garden I told them I live in a flat then they told me it'd been left in my letterbox I have no left this in the hands of my credit card company all this company keeps doing is making excuses and delay Tactics not to pay up what they owe me so far I'm 105 Pounds down please please be very careful from ordering from this company in fact do not order anything from this company I see there advertising again someone shouldn't form Google they should be taking off
