What an awful company. Figcoco you are a joke. Cheap ugly material, nothing like what you advertised. No way of returning goods. I am trying to be polite but STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Avoid, avoid. Believe the reviews. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate.

DO not use this website. The product I received was appalling quality. it was not the colour or size described on the website. It took ages to be dispatched and delivered. The customer service is slow and clunky. To get a refund you have to foot the bill of returning the item to Bangladesh. Avoid ordering here.

If I could give a ZERO star rating I would!
No emails are ever answered & impossible to try and telephone this appalling company!
I have a jacket which is beyond awful..does not fit and it is absolutely nothing like the original online photograph!
I've lost my money..£30 ++ with no way of returning the item!
What infuriates me most...THIS COMPANY IS STILL TRADING ONLINE
I'm cross with myself for not checking this company out before I bought!
At my age I should know better but it just shows me how you can be drawn into buying something that is particularly bad!!

You think your ordering from Darlington uk but it’s Bangladesh? Ordered 2 jackets AWFUL quality nothing like the picture. Offering me 18% If I would keep the jackets and say it’s my fault for not checking there sizing chart which is no where near the measurements, absolute joke now stuck with a pile of crap that aren’t fit for purpose,,, £73 wasted . These people should not be aloud to scam customers thinking there ordering from the uk ? Iv been Absolutely scammed . Reporting to them to trading standards . Just don’t waste your money people .

Ordered a top. Took weeks to arrive. The colour is nothing like the web site. Total rip off.

I ordered a fleece lined denim jacket. When it arrived it was far too small and very poor quality. I’ve sent emails complaining and have not received a reply. I wish I’d read these reviews before parting with my money!

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Boots wrong colour and very cheap looking. Emails answered once a day at about 5am suggesting UK address isn't real. Struggling to get a refund. Avoid!

This is a company you should avoid at all cost. I purchased, not having read any reviews unfortunately, a supposed waterproof, windproof mac. It was advertised on google, but it’s also seen on Pinterest & Facebook. It took ages to arrive, whilst waiting I checked reviews of this company. So I primed myself to be disappointed. Which of course I was. Poor quality fabric, badly put together looking nothing like the mac shown in the advert. I then set about returning it. I paid through PayPal. So I started communicating through PayPal in regards to returning it. On your receipt after payment, there was no information regarding returns, but if you go onto ‘view other products’ & scroll down, their returns info is shown. I also emailed them to say I was returning the crappy mac (I didn’t say it was crappy) but they suggested I keep it, with a 40% refund, which I refused, then a 50% refund which I refused. They then said they would refund once I had let them know the tracking number., when I return the mac. This was now being communicated through PayPal. I sent it, thank goodness, via Special Delivery with the Post Office, so I could track the parcel aswell. Once I sent the tracking number to the company they responded by saying they didn’t have available funds. The parcel was refused when delivered to the Darlington address on their advert. It was then returned to me by the post office. I’d tracked the package so knew they had refused delivery. It was then that I requested PayPal take over my claim. I sent photos of returns policy, along with address on their policy, to PayPal. Once I had received my package back I sent photos of package with post office labels & return label to PayPal. I tried to cover every detail to prove that they had a returns policy & that I had followed it correctly. When PayPal approached them to respond to my claim, they didn’t respond. I got my £32.78 back as I won my claim but it took a while. I wouldn’t have done, I don’t think, had I not bought it through PayPal.
This company is a rip off, copying clothing badly from clothes of a reasonable quantity showing in their advert. It’s a Chinese product, models are Chinese, sizing is all wrong for the UK.
I wish they were band from selling. These macs are being sold via other company’s aswell, using the same advert, I keep seeing it on eBay, Pinterest, google & Facebook. AVOID!!

No confirmation of payment or delivery.Tried to cancel within 7 days cooling off period and free returns as advertised on their Web site. The jumper is a poor quality fleece, nothing like the photo or description,and a rip off price.They offered me 40% discount to keep it, no thanks, read the distance selling regulations. No reply to my messages regarding return and refund.Appalling company,don't buy from them....

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I LOST OVER £30 ON A COAT THST LOOKED LIKE A RAG WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. THEIR RETURNS ADDRESS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENCE AND DOES NOT EXIST. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS. FIGCOCO IS THE NAME. IT IS A SCAM. YOU HAVE BEEM WARNED.

This company deserves minus stars, avoid at all costs... they make out they're a UK company but the coat I ordered came from China and wasn't even similar to what was pictured, the quality was shocking bad, it took 6 weeks to arrive and to return it, I've to send it to Bangladesh. Its a massive scam, they should be ashamed

Don't feel so bad as everyone else has been scammed as well 🤭🤭 I know it's not funny but lesson learnt

Getting the feeling I've been mugged by this lot.Ordered two tops arrived today and nothing like the advert.Seems like webpage has been taken down.

Ordered items on 15 October 2022 and unfortunately paid for them. I have received nothing to date, the tracking number yeilds nothing and the email address cannot be reached. I thought the company was a UK company. Should have checked. Ahh I hate getting scammed. Don't even look at this crowd.

Hi ordered a coat which is meant to be a large and is no more than a small at best. Went to return for an exchange and sent an email as asked on the website and was then offered an 18% discount! If I kept the coat! Also have to pay postage to return and pay postage for new one! I guess this is what happens when you deal directly with a Chinese firm.

This company is run by con-merchants and swindlers. I ordered 2 men’s snow and waterproof winter coats believing the company to be British and based in Darlington. The advert said order 2 sizes larger than your normal size. When they arrived they were nothing like winter coats (I was expecting some kind of duffle coat) but instead they were just glorified hoodies?! They refused to refund me 100% unless I returned the goods to China?! They are nothing but common thieves! Simonline.
