WHAT A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

WHAT A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Ordered shoes that never arrived, instead they delivered a diamond and platiginum ring real cheap and nasty, when contacted was told the ring was more expensive than the shoes and i should keep it, and the would give me a 20% refund into my bank a/c.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered shoes as a surprise for my wife’s birthday. If the reviews are anywhere near true I think I’m going to be very disappointed. I have emailed them asking to cancel my order, but I’m not holding my breath. They are not acknowledging my emails or my concerns on their Facebook pages.

Worst customer experience of my life

Like all reviewers here, please,please avoid this company for your sanity. Awful. I ordered a mens cardigan coat for £39 only to receive a hand knitted garment my young grandchild could have made, and she can't knit. It was awful, no shape and nothing like the photograph marketed. I complained and was offered 10%, 20% and 30% refund by various customer service agents who I am not even sure exist to save returns. Finally, after many emails of complaint, they provided me an address in Mirpur rd Dhaka to return the item for a full refund. I did so in February at my own expense as I was so cross about the customer service and garments they sell, only to receive it back in April ' return to sender'!! This is the worst buying experience you will ever have. I agree with other reviewers, they should not be allowed to trade here in the UK and use Google platforms. Horrible company. I have never complained about customer service in over 50 years of buying goods but this is simply criminal and must be stopped.

This is the most dreadful company that…

This is the most dreadful company that is trading at the moment. Absolutely no customer service just tell you lies all the time about sending the goods I ordered ,they were late at the warehouse, they still didn’t arrive and now they sent me some cheap ring, they certainly should not be allowed to trade on Google the most dreadful experience I have ever had ,please do not go anywhere near this company and part with your money. You’ll never See your goods or your money again..

Would give 0but not allowed

Would give 0but not allowed. Goods never arrived told that they employed disabled people and they took longer than normal people to do the work. Asked for refund of my£25.00 said they would give me €5 as compensation for my loss! Tried to cancel order but was unable to even though they said they had not received the goods from the distributor.
Do not buy from them. Google should stop letting them advertise.

Ordered a pair of snow boots on 23rd…

Ordered a pair of snow boots on 23rd December. It is now March & no boots or refund even after several emails to them apart from £4 as an apology for delay in delivery. I have been promised a refund but have accepted the fact that they have no intention of giving me my money back so I have had to contact my credit card company to try & get the refund. Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. This company is an utter disgrace. Avoid at all costs!!

I would of given a zero but didn’t give…

I would of given a zero but didn’t give me the option. Paid for two pairs of shoes been sending them constant emails saying they haven’t arrived and asking for a refund I keep getting emails back with random numbers saying it’s a tracking number. The tracking number doesn’t even exist! STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
I don’t have my goods and I still don’t have a refund

Stay well clear.

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company.
Unusually for me I placed an order before checking reviews about them. Based on the reviews I subsequently read on Trustpilot, I emailed them to cancel the order, asking that they acknowledge receipt of my cancellation.
I sent 27 emails over the next few days, with zero response. I eventually found a phone number for them, phoned them, answer machine, so left a message. No response at all.
Kept pestering them with emails and eventually got a response, asking me to accept the goods for a small discount.
This I refused and referred them to my previous emails.
In the meantime I had contacted my cc company, who stated that I had to wait 28 days before wheels could be put into motion to get a refund through them.
Then, after about 3 weeks, I got an email from figcoco saying my order had been dispatched!
I sent back that I would refuse to accept when the goods were delivered. I was offered another discount.
Some time later the courier tried to deliver the goods, which I refused. They said they would "return to sender", filled out a chit and took it back.
I notified figcoco of this, and asked again for a refund. They said "ok, wait".
When pushed they said it will take 1 week to process.
Today, over 1 month from originally cancelling my order, the money has been refunded.
Based in China, bad English in their emails, impossible to get a response.
BE WARNED. One star is generous, but not able to give a minus rating!
