Can't get a reply waiting for a n order to arrive got a feeling that I've been shafted wish I had read the reviews.

I am very Dissatisfied with the whole experience, l would warn anyone thinking of using this company, it is not what is would have you believe at all!! I think it is a Chinese company perading as a UK company. Their email address does not exist and the description of their product was not valid either. I will have to write off £33 which l'm very unhappy about.

I ordered a mens winter jacket. When I paid for it, I received a email. With half the order number, so now I'm unable to track the order.
I've sent several emails, just to find the email address is not excepting my emails.
So now I don't know if and when my order will be delivered.
I wish now I hadn't placed a order with them.
The website should be taken down

Bought a hooded "wool" winter jacket from this company, item arrived from China and is clearly a cheap copy of the product advertised, nothing like it ! Particularly dangerous is the guy in the ad using this near fire ! It is cotton polyester and I wouldn't even put a match near it ! Would not use this company again, wish I had checked on here first. I have since seen the same product on another site using the exact same advertising etc. (Sunfloral) Based on other reviews I am not going to bother trying to return, will just put it down to bad judgement and hope this review stops someone else getting mugged.

I have ordered a coat and haven't heard from this company. I've tried emailing, no reply. I have delved deeper on my phone and have come across these reviews. I very rarely order anything from the Internet as I usually don't trust it. I'm a pensioner and can't afford to be losing money to people who are out to scam their customers.

Beware. Despite the glossy website and UK address, this is a Chinese company shipping from China.
I ordered what looked to be a winter raincoat with hood. The images suggested a stiff fabric and it was listed as a windbreaker, which also suggested this. The images showed it as below knee length,
It arrived today. It is a very thin polyester and well above the knee. Nothing like the pictures shown. DON'T BUY.

I've been trying to contact figcoco to cancel my order and the email they have in their contact information doesn't work. There is no way of contacting them. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from them.

Absolutely avoid at all costs, no question. Does anybody know how this "company" can be reported and their business removed or blocked from the internet. Sort of our fault for not checking reviews first - it has made us very wary of any future online purchases, which can only be a good thing.

I ordered a baseball cap but it didn't arrive a scam.

Not worth 1 star. AVOID at all costs. I bought 2 pairs of 'orthopaedic' shoes with 'arch support', both wholly unacceptable standard. Poor quality, clearly counterfeit, absolutely no support at all. I contacted the company to progress a refund and as everyone else on here, I was asked to send to an address in China and offered various percentage refunds for shoes I cannot use. I refused and sent the shoes to the address in Darlington, which is advertised on the figcoco website. I've informed trading standards and made it clear to figcoco they are breaching my legal rights as a consumer by refusing a refund, but I fear this will still not get a refund. This is a chinease company, obtaining our money by deceit. DO NOT BUY FROM FIGCOCO.

Warning! Do not buy from this company! I don’t even want to have to give it one star. Bought two blouses, both unsuitable so wanted to return. They have offered percentages of the cost of the goods, all sorts of ridiculous offers and also told me to give the items away or sell them! Fifteen emails later and they still haven’t provided me with a return address (because it’s a Chinese company). The address in Darlington isn’t correct, they then gave me a London address which turns out to be Barnardo’s the charity! Please do not waste your time, money and patience. I am reporting to PayPal. I don’t think I’m ever going to receive my refund.

Don't but sandals from this Chinese company. Looks like a UK company but not. Very very poor quality not leather as stated and at hefty price of 36 pounds could have bought for 2 quid myself from wish. Very angry with the poor state of arrival in plastic bag no box etc. Scam site for poor quality goods. Never again.

Like most reviews on here i have had the run around from this company....backwards and forwards with emails..first offering 30% refund then 50% then 80%, by then i was like a dog with a bone...i would not give up....so i threatened them with the 'Small Claims Court' and hey presto 1 week later I got a full refund...well worth fighting for, they should not be allowed to carry on trading.

In short, I ordered a dress from what I checked was a U.K. based company (registered in Darlington, U.K. email address, even the delivery page says no international deliveries) and it was below par.

For £43 it was as good as something from a market stall. Not lined, and horrid see through material.
I emailed the U.K. email address. It bounced back as undeliverable.
Rang the phone number - is a mobile. Goes to voicemail.
The email address then changed so emailed again and got several unprofessional, brief replies, asking if I’d consulted the size guide to prevent a return!!!!
Pushed for a return, they then sent address to send… in CHINA!

Due to postage costs they then offered a 45% refund. £19 for the £50 incl postage I’d spent. I accepted.
What a rip off. They refunded within 24 hrs from a company called “Good product”, a complete an utter con.

They even emailed me in German!
“Sorry I’ve given you a bad shopping experience!”
Deceitful for making you think they’re U.K. based.

Apart from the wait of 3 weeks I am very pleased with my shoes. I bought them in white, red & black. The size was perfect & they are very comfortable & stylish. I like they are a unique style as most shoes are run of the mill. I’m going on a cruise soon & they will look lovely with my outfits.

Like your other reviews, they took me money the minute I placed my order, which arrived 3 weeks later and didn't fit. I emailed immediately to ask how to return the items. I tried 3 times and they bounced back, I also called the mobile number on the website and no answer. I says on the website you can return royal mail at your own cost to an address in Darlington, which I went ahead and did. I got a receipt and proof of postage and emailed again. This time I got a response. Still no refund and now saying I should have returned abroad.Please please don't use them. Very unprofessional never been dealt with this before.

I fear I am in same situation like others who have reported this company. They have taken their payment but you can't get in touch with them, emails keep bouncing back, calls go to voicemail, I just want my money back. Please has anyone being successful with that?

What a rubbish Company, they take your money then do not answer emails and do not answer phone,
I have sought legal advice about returning my money

Order and payment taken straight away. Goods arrived after 2 weeks but were faulty. Company does not reply to emails or phone calls. How can I return goods?

Ordered online and received a message saying payment unable to process
Tried another card same message
Received an email from figcoco saying payment not completed and offered a link to carry on the purchase !
An hour later received a message from my card company saying that the payment has been processed!
Tried calling the mobile number listed as the contact number for figcoco and goes straight to voicemail
Sent a text message and email - await a reply

Do I need to worry email address is a gmail address and customer services is a mobile number ?
