I cant add much more than previous respondents other than to concur - crap quality , crap sizing and dont expect to get anywhere on retuning based on what I am reading here. Last time I will buy anything advertised on Facebook second time I got caught with crap .DONT buy from this Company !!!

If I could leave no stars I would.. I recieved my order today for a mens Jean jacket with the sheep fur collar. It's NOTHING as pictured or advertised. The stitching is terrible, there's bald patches on the fur collar. This jacket was nearly 50 pounds which is quite expensive. So it's really really NOT worth the money at all. I have tried to email but no luck yet and seeing other reviews I hold not much hope. Let's see if I recieve a response. Lesson learned for future reference though!!

Disgraceful re sizing. BUYERS BEWARE!! I ordered 3XL having taken advice from others as well as advice from the "sizing guide". Oh dear! Even though I chose to go up by two.... that is I'm a size 16 standard, I ordered a size 20 the coat didn't go around my middle. It measured up as a size 12. I repeat.... they're size 20 measured up as a size 12. On contacting this Company twice by e.mail, twice asking for a return address (since there's no paperwork attached to the item) their e.mail pointed out I would have to pay £10/£15 to return the item. Twice I'd asked for a return address. It was only the third time of asking the returns address came. I was offered a 40%, that's a forty-percent refund if I would "keep the coat" WHAT THE **** Don't do it, honestly, Unless of course you're stick thin and even then go 3XL. On receiving the returns address, finally, I was offered a 50% refund. THE RETURNS ADDRESS IS MIRPUR ROAD, DAKHA, 1205 BANGLADESH.

The worst piece of clothing EVER PURCHASED, tiny despite buying three times bigger than normal, material is disgusting. And now their website is offline so no recourse.
But from brand name websites only this was a rip off

Absolutely awful quality of the coat which took over a month to arrive. This was for my grandma who is in need of a winter coat, and now will have to pay a further £30+ as there is no response on the 'returns' email provided on the website. It should also be noted the website has been removed, so no luck of contacting the company on there either. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a company, especially during a cost of living crisis. I am appalled.

No stars! Don't use this company. I can't track my order as their website has now vanished. I expect I won't receive the boots I ordered so kissing goodbye to my money! How come Google ads were promoting them?

I have just received my order after 4 weeks but only after I complained by e mail to their website. The coat is totally useless as it is made for a very tiny person not a normal adult. Cannot get info to return so I am giving to charity.

Don't bother total rip off.you will get something through the post. That will be ship ( p should read t). Only to find returns are impossible as they have disappeared. Yeah pissed of I fell for it as I usually research a company before buying. Will try through PayPal. Good luck required.

I ordered a waterproof,hooded coat. The sizing is totally wrong, wouldn't fit a size 8 10 yr old, plus the material is paper thin. A very shabby, cheap looking garment! The item was totally misrepresented. I cannot find a way to contact them, they have 3 email addresses non of which are active. Something should be done to stop this company trading and misrepresenting their rubbish garments. Surely they must pass some sort of legal documentation which includes contact information to enable them to advertise and trade online! Susan

Have not heard from this company Figcoco since order confirmation. Wanted to change my order. Email address is probably a dud. I think I’ve made a big mistake buying from this company. Awaiting arrival of the coat I ordered, but judging by comments,I think it will be awful. Wish I had thought to check it out first.

The raincoat I ordered took nearly four weeks to arrive although the money was taken immediately. I ordered size XL so I would have plenty of room for thick jumpers under. It is labelled XL but I would say it is about a UK size 8-10 at most. As I want no more to do with this company I will donate it to a charity shop where some tiny person might buy it.

Can I put zero stars? Do not order anything from this company. It masquerades as a UK company but is infact Chinese. Money was paid via PayPal but to different company name. (Joyofcomet) The contact address in UK is infact a house for sale and warehouse in UK an advert for empty warehouse. This company does not comply with it's own policies or UK trading laws despite saying it does. When my order was eventually received it was of very poor quality and did not meet description. (Hooded windbreaker) Offers of a low percentage of original cost offered to me plus instructions to return to address in Bangladesh at my expense!! (I don't think so...) Please do not give up! Citizens Advice Bureau advised that I persued this through PayPal (thank you PayPal and CAB) and today received notification that I will receive a full refund. Keep records and screen-shots of any correspondence with this company. They have been reported to Trading Standards and Google who to date are still running the advert.

The oversized swing coat is nothing like advertised it's cheap, thin and doesn't fit properly. As with other reviewers they are trying to negotiate discounts for me to keep said jacket, even though they have admitted it's the wrong size.
It's disgusting that these sites are allowed to continue trading, ripping people off of their hard earned money !
Please do not touch this so called company, it must go against every Trading Standard policy that exists.
I wish I'd never seen their advertisement.

Do not go anywhere near this company - it is a scam. The reassuring "Darlington" address given on the website is a private house (I Googled it) and when I tried to get a refund for the cheap, shoddy Chinese goods that took over three weeks to arrive, it turns out the email addresses given do not exist, neither does the phone number, so there is no way of requesting a refund or return label.
I have reported them to Trading Standards.

THEN I READ SOME REVIEWS. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED & SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TRADING. AT PRESENT TRYING TO GET A £35:98 REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL. DISGUSTING THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS.

I wonder if this company does exist. I bought a coat, paid for it ,have not yet received it that was three weeks ago. They do not respond to emails. Do they exist???

Do not buy from this site, the goods are nothing like the web page, mom,s would only fit a thin tenage girl, not waterproof and very thin, not worth the money, and zero chance of getting any money paid back

Recently irdered from this company I ordered the oversize swing waterproof ladies jacket I went with their online sizing guide. When the item arrived ut looked like a teenager's jacket on line returns policy states states free returns within 30 days they have been negotiating with me re keeping the item and they will give a per centre of money back and today they have said I will only get 50 per cent of money back as its a small company MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
