Our travel agent, Lendl Oosthuizen, went the extra mile when booking and sorting out our recent family holiday. She organised flights, accommodation and excursions at relatively short notice at half the cost of a competitors quote!! She had our holiday sorted and confirmed in half a day. We had the BEST time!! We will definitely book through her again. Her knowledge and enthusiasm is exceptional.

My agent (Lendl) was super helpful from find the best priced flights and accommodation, to giving me recommendations, to helping me apply for the refund/compensation when my aeroplane got downgraded at the last minute. I will definitely continue to go back to her for any of my future trips!
