All the Staff at the Gosport branch were caring
and supportive. Their professionalism and sensitivity helped the family and myself to give my wife a beautiful final farewell.

Linda, Tess and the team at the Andover branch helped us with suggestions and guidance at a very difficult time.
They arranged for a celebrant Kim Lund to conduct the funeral service.
On the day a wonderful and memorable service was delivered as previously organised, which was also echoed by the congregation.
All involved have shown great empathy and compassion at a very difficult and emotional time.

Hove office. Sandra was amazing, right from the first contact through to after our father’s funeral. She gave us time to discuss our thoughts on the kind of funeral we wanted. She explained the whole process and which decisions we needed to make and when. We particularly liked that although planning the funeral was sad, it wasn’t sombre, but with some humour too. Every single thing we asked was answered and as the process continued, Sandra kept us up to date throughout. There was an occasion where the priest informed us he had double booked the church. I spoke to Beth, as Sandra was out of the office, she contacted the crematorium and a change of time was sorted, with pretty much no stress to us. I can honestly say at no point did Sandra make us feel under pressure to make decisions and the whole process was stress free and thanks to Sandra and the team it all went smoothly. Thank you to all those involved.

We had a wonderful service from this company. Kellie kept us informed of each process, and you could tell she really cared about what she did and was very supportive. We were able to take our time choosing what we wanted and was always on hand if we needed to change something or were unsure of a process.
Family members who went to see her said she looked very peaceful and the service was lovely and went without any issues. The car went from my mum's home and to make it more personal a beautiful photo was added of my mother next to the coffin, such a lovely touch and one we would not have thought of if it had not been suggested. The driver etc were wonderful and took great care of us on the day.
There was a lot of choice available to cater to anyone taste and price range. I would definitely recommend this service

I cannot begin to put into words the amazing way everything for my beautiful mums service was carried out. From start to finish the Rowner road funeral service were so helpful, caring and dignified.
Cathy took care of us from the first phone call I made when I was still in a mist of loss and grief, she was genuinely respectful and caring, every aspect of the service was covered and no questions went unanswered . When the time came to take things in for mum to be made ready Cathy took the time to listen to all I wanted mum to have done, how her hair should be and even touching up mums roots (mum never went anywhere unless immaculately turned out) Cathy even took the trouble to curl mums hair exactly as she always did it, the team made my mum look so peaceful and exactly as she was before going into hospital , on entering the little room it was so beautifully lit and mum looked regal in her little black suit and pretty pink top and the team had put her Scottish silver thistle broach on and her glasses, she looked so peaceful I almost felt she could open her eyes at any time and say hello, so from the very bottom of my heart I thank them all they brought me a huge amount of peace seeing mum looking so nice and I knew they had treated her with so much dignity and care.
When the day arrived the car carrying mum looked amazing with her beautiful flowers all around her and the sun shining through the glass roof just made the whole thing bright and I know mum would have loved that, every aspect of the service was smooth and very respectful, our celebrant Lisa was outstanding and really made everyone feel she really knew our mum even though she had never met her, she had listened to our stories of our mum and what a lovely happy , chatty friendly lady she was and how courageous she had been through a sometimes difficult life, we even managed to have a lovely chat with our ladies driving us home which felt so nice after such an emotional day, thank you all from all our family you have given us and our mum on her final journey everything we asked and more, we will forever remember all you have done for us as a family and for our amazing mum , thank you for taking such good care of our mum xxx

Karen Bagley and the staff were helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. They looked after me and my family and made sure we were fully informed of everything that would happen making our bereavement easier for us to deal with

On the 13th March I had my Mum's funeral and it went like clockwork from start to finish. Amanda was amazing,she went through everything with me,not rushing me,I don't know how I would have got through this without her.The pallbearers and the head pallbearer did a fantastic job.My husband were so impressed we are going to book our funeral plan with Amanda

Excellent support from the manager of the local branch through the funeral planning and aftercare. Attentive staff at the funeral made us feel like valued customers.

Every aspect of the arrangements were carried out very respectively and dignified.
Visits to see ones loved one at rest were done with minimum fuss and all requests to visit agreed.
