Received my delivery from Grace 2 days ago. Very happy with the service and communication. Delivery guys Unjar and Mark were very efficient and friendly

Great "can do" attitude in moving a 3.6 metre jarrah slab table. Careful, considerate and very easy to work with.

This move was executed within 7 days. We could not have asked for anything more. Great co-ordination and the packing and unpacking teams at both ends were so professional. And most important a follow up a week after the container was unloaded to ensure us to report any damage from boxes yet to be unpacked.

Excellent personal service from Grace's Perth agent.

Inventory should be typed up for the Customer and for Customs, instead of hand-written inventory.

Customs require more detail on contents of boxes in inventory for import purposes.

We turned to Grace when our son needed help relocating from Perth to Albany in a really short timeframe. Over the two weeks we had, Grace worked out what we wanted moved, organised the move and ensured that his things were in Albany on the day he arrived. The team on the day of uplift were fantastic, pleasant and the type of people you can leave to do their job. Nothing was a problem and they took great care with items that were sentimental, expensive or just damn difficult to pack! The delivery went well with all items arriving as we wanted them.
This is another successful move that Grace has managed for us and the team from start to finish were accommodating and easy to deal with.

Grace Removals made me pay to move someone else's very large fridge and do not want to offer a refund for that cost.

Pretty much because what was said was done and I selected Grace Removals because of that. I took in other quotes and they might have been cheaper but some quoted hourly rates and they refused to come to the house to have a look. To me it was important that a rep came to the house. Having used Grace successfully before I decided that Grace was the right choice based on the above.
