Steven - manager review
I was dealing with Steven, the manager in the Electronics Department at Harvey Norman Tralee today, and I received excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help both me and my girlfriend. He took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
All of the staff we dealt with were friendly, attentive, and quick to ask if we needed any assistance, which made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.
Steven is a real credit to the store, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Harvey Norman Tralee. Highly recommended!

Harvey Norman is an OK shop. It's good in Ireland, only because competition of this size and scale is non-existent.
Variety and selection of goods as well as prices are good comparing to other Irish retailers but pales compared to any other UK or continental stores of this size.

Best value on internet
I bought a small shelf unit, wooden and metal, that was for sale on many sites on the 'net. Harvey Norman was the best value by far, no pesky import fees, and it was delivered in super fast time. I am delighted with it.

Great experience overall
Jonathan was most helpful in the Kinsale road store, couldn't have asked for better service.
Alex and Ian did a super job with the installation of my new Miele induction hob, in and out in no time, perfectly fitted, zero mess, thoroughly efficient.
I am deducting one star as there was an extra week's delay in having the hob transferred from Tralee to Cork.

I went to your store last Sunday morning to buy dining chairs.i had been before but could not make the right decision , A lovely person by the name of Angel assisted me . She could not have being a more professional assistant. She put every chair with different tables carrying them from one place to another, just as I was going to finish the sale I got a phone call from another store to tell me the matching chairs has now come into stock. I just felt I needed to high light that there is still some people that are very good at dealing with customers

Product is fine and online purchase process was fine. However your partner DPD dumped the item on our doorstep with no one home. I’d an hours notice by WA to try to manage the delivery as no one was home. By the time I saw the message from DPD they’d already dumped the package in our doorstep without anyone accepting delivery.
