I placed an order for over $60 worth of clothing more than a month ago, and my items have still not arrived. I have emailed the company several times and have received no response or assistance.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on what I’ve experienced, I would not recommend ordering from this company. If you’re considering making a purchase, be aware that you may not receive your order or any customer support if something goes wrong.

AVOID

Edit - they've now taken down their website. Absolute scammers.

AVOID this company. They sent the incorrect body warmer size in the first instance, which they offered to swap but couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas, so I declined and kept the wrong size. The powerbank stopped working after one use and they will not respond to any attempt to content them. They are ignoring forms submitted via their website and their only customer service email address is no longer accepting incoming emails. I noticed there was a recall of their powerbanks so I wonder if they've just decided to ignore the issue and not provide any replacements. My item is under warranty but as they are not responding, I can't get it replaced. It's also too late for my credit card company to dispute the transaction, so these scammers have got away with £70 of my money and I'm left with a defective product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 x heated gilets, neither of which were a suitable size for who they were bought for so decided to immediately send them back. At first, I tried on the website and the only option was exchange or store credit, neither of which I wanted. And on the actual company policy it says you can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contacted the company Emily replied and assured me that I would receive a refund. She sent me the links for the returns after much emails from me (mostly ignored) as I was not happy to select the store credit option on the website. Posted the returns back with their service and got a receipt. By this point I had contacted citizens advice and been advised to send them a letter tracked delivery to confirm I wanted to return the items. No response to any of this. I then emailed several times to ask to confirm when the items were received by then and heard nothing. Emailed to ask when my refunds would arrive. Again nothing. I put a claim in through my bank and sent them all the evidence and got the full refund back via them. Never again. This company should be shut down. They are thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought some heated socks; they stopped working after about 10 months. I contacted the company and they initially said they'd send me a replacement but then just stopped replying to emails.

I personally highly recommend this…

I personally highly recommend this great company, I ordered the wrong size for my husband so got in contact with with a very helpful young lady called Emily she advised me how to return the waistcoat which was very simple and then sent me out an exchange one in a larger size. I thought I would not have it in time for Christmas but she managed to do this within a week. I was very highly impressed and would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I’ve left a previous review, I just wanted to update that Amy and Emily have not responded. The purchase was done in December 2024 and we are now in May! I would highly recommend to avoid this company, it’s a scam and customer service is non existent. I’m escalating this… the company needs to be shut down.

Not reliable company

I bought a pair of heated socks as I suffer from peripheral neuropathy. Quite soon after only 1 part of the socks was working. Its taken me longer to get hold of the company than it has beneffited from wearing them!

AVOID this company unless you like throwing money away

Purchased a pair of heated socks from this company for my wife for xmas as she suffers terribly from cold feet, upon trying the socks she noticed they were only heating at the toes, I contacted heatx on the 11/1/25 to get an exchange, My first reply was to say the socks had passed the exchange period and there was nothing they could do, so I emailed back asking for a warranty claim form so i could exchange them that way, it is now the 3/4/25 and 7 emails later i am still no further foward in getting these socks exchanged under their so called 1 year warranty, the customer service in this company is appalling, if you are looking for heated apparel i suggest you find a reputable company to deal with as heatx are just after your moneyand don’t care about the customer at all

Shocking

The customer service from this company is non-existent and absolutely shocking! Purchased a heated gillet which was delivered with no ‘free battery’ and no packing note. Used the online form and support email contact at least six times over 2 months with no response - and I am not the only one!

Be very cautious...

Placed my order weeks ago and despite repeated chasing emails to their so-called customer support department I have received no indication of when it will be delivered. I would advise potential customers to be very cautious before ordering anything from them given my experience.

Customer Service very poor

Bought the top and bottom set. Bottoms were faulty so returned them however the replacement sent was the wrong size.
Despite umpteen emails I have had no answer from the company.
Customer service needs a lot of work!!!

Detestable company.

What an horrendous company. I had multiple problems, including...
...I had to send back for exchange the heated trousers, as they were ineffectual, and my wife's set didn't fit and needed to be exchanged for a smaller size. ( She's had cancer) I was sent a returns label after chasing the company. But, the post office wouldn't accept it, as what the company had paid as postage was
way under what it should have been. I had to pay £18 to return the goods. I told HeatX and fought for a refund, but I only got £15 of it, and that was the result of a major battle. Also, I'd bought the heated scarf for my wife
( necessary as a health aid, as she also has intense, muscular neck pain, permanently.) The scarf worked!... for one month. Then began a battle to get a replacement. I mean, a real battle. I was fobbed off time and again, then the customer service department simply ceased to respond to my emails. I warned them that an honest review was going to be written and that I would be going to Trading Standards, if I didn't get any satisfaction by today. No reply. I did, therefore, what I said I'd do. I detest this company. I urge you never to use it. I spent a lot with HeatX based on the reviews of the products on its own website,most of which, I imagine, are spurious. If only I'd checked Trustpilot out first, where all the honest reviews are, and where customers get opportunity to vent, about how they were treated like garbage by this rip-off company. I wish I could be more visceral, but I'm better than that. Please just do not buy from this company because the "customer service" is a misnomer. If you do buy, I sincerely hope you'll be one of the lucky ones. I believe though that if there were a convention to which all HeatX's satisfied customers were invited, that the venue could be a phone box. And even that wouldn't be full.

Disappointed

Disappointed! I bought a electric heated jacket and it stopped working after 3 weeks. I contacted the company we exchanged a couple of emails but they went quiet on me once I tried to arrange the replacement. Not heard nothing from them and it's been two months.
I'm a £100 out of pocket.

No costumer service

No costumer service. I spent a lot of money because it was a gift but the Item has an issue but I can’t get any response from the company. This is a fake account with no respect for the customer. I tried an email/ website/ messenger but no reply. Very disappointing.

I only wish I had read these reviews…

I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this dreadful company.
I ordered a pair of heated socks and they seemed good so I ordered another pair.
However the stitching came undone on the first pair after wearing indoors only 3 times.
I tried to return them but after a number of e-mails they finally provided the order number.When I tried to send them back then, it was too late the return form said.
I bought the first pair at the end of November and the last e-mail I sent was on 5th Feb.
I have sent numerous e-mails and each time get the stand reply-we are busy etc.
I note on Companys House that 2 people in their early 20s run the company - maybe they don't understand customer service?
I urge you to use another company to by heated goods because this company is shocking

Faulty Goods

Would not recommend buying from this company. Faulty goods should be refunded or replaced.

Update - I paid by debit card and went through my bank to obtain refund. I had to send bank copies of communication between myself and 'Emily' but eventually received my money back. I also advised bank to check reviews on here by looking at heatxapparel and heatexapparel. Both full of very similar negative reviews.
