Absolute scam of a company. Ordered heated socks for my wife on 1st Jan 25, which came faulty. Reached out to the company, who took 3 weeks to reply. They offered an exchange, nut didn't attach a return label to their email. I have literally been emailing them daily for a response but nothing! AVOID

They don't deserve one star. Ordered 2 jackets. One arrived and was faulty after two weeks, the other never arrived despite emailing countless times I have had no response. I have lost just shy of £200. Would not touch with a barge pole.

I ordered heated socks for a Xmas present on the 5th of December. It's February now and I still don't have them, I have emailed to complain and had no response. This company are taking people's money and then going radio silent. SCAM!!!!

Bought a heated gilet as a present for my husband. Excellent quality, heats up really quickly, great fit. Husband loves it, warm enough even on the lowest setting. Looked at other brands but glad I spent a bit more as it was worth it. Fast delivery and excellent communication from the company.

Great Socks - battery operated heated socks.

We have now bought 3 pairs of these socks. They work well and are comfortable to wear. They seem to be able to stretch to your foot size. They’ve really helped when it’s been very cold & my husband has worn his to work, they lasted about half the day.

I was bought this Gilet as a present from my daughter When is arrived I was delighted nice, warm and cosy out on the golf course, as the Gilet worked well I purchased a spare battery, once again delivery was very good. Unfortunately 3 months on and only been worn 4 times the heaters refuse to heat up. The power button lights up Red, Green the Blue then turns itself off. I have tried to contact this supplier had an initial holding e-mail asking for more information which I provided immediately, unfortunately another week has passed without reply. It is a shame that so much effort is put in by supplier with initial order but customer service after that is poor. At present it is a very expensive non heated Gilet

I purchased a heated gilet from this company and read reviews after ordering. I started to panic as some of the reviews stated people couldn’t get refunds, items didn’t arrive, delivery took forever. I have to say, I had an excellent experience with all aspects of the service. The delivery was timely, easy return of the gilet and refund back into my account within a week or so of my return. If anything I’d say, size up as this was the reason for my return.

Excellent heated gilet I bought it for my son who gets cold at work, it’s well worth the money and looks very stylish to, very easy to use and the battery pack lasts the day, excellent customer service, would recommend.

These socks are wonderful for anyone suffering from chilblains. My husband could hardly walk at times due to the pain but the chilblains have almost completely gone now and he has no problems with them.

Quality and design excellent, be careful with the sizing I purchased a large but found it was slightly tight. The company agreed to exchange for the extra large at no extra charge for postage which I found very fair considering it was my mistake. The return took a little longer than expected but to be honest it was over the holiday period and I should have allowed for that.
First class product and first class company.

Ordered on a Saturday for 'next working day delivery'. It is now almost a full week later and order has not turned up, all my emails have been ignored, and no update has been provided. If the item doesnt turn up by the end of the week will be going through my credit card for a refund as they have essentially stolen £90 from me.

Quite appalling company . Ordered two jackets on next day delivery on 23 December and products have still not arrived on 2 Jan 25 with no indication when they will arrive.

Gilet arrived day after ordering. It was well packaged and came with a free power bank. Gilet is lovely and cosy, battery lasts approximately 5 hours by alternating the temperature. We have now bought two and so far have no complaints. Would recommend.

Good quality gilet as discribed. Came with a free battery, kept me nice and warm during a round of golf. Excellent customer service via Emily who couldn't have been more helpful. JG

Firstly sent gilet without a powerbank. They were very obstructive when I contacted about this. Finally a powerbank was sent but it had the wrong connection. So I have tried to return for a refund but will only allow a store credit. I have raised this but don't hold out much hope. This has been carrying on for three weeks. I strongly advise not to use this company.

Purchased a unisex heated coat, was working away when it was delivered and when i opened it, it was past the 30 day return period. The item was ripped and unused and they refused to refund or exchange when contacted. The coat is of poor quality with cheap material, when we tried to use it, the power bank is also of cheap quality, they say it lasts up to 8 hours which is untrue. Stay away from this company as £80 wasted.

The Gilet I bought for my husband as a present was good quality. It arrived on time, well packaged and works as advertised. The free power pack was a bonus.

Really poor quality. The images from the website and description were very misleading. Heated zones not in all areas and some barely generated any heat.
Battery took approx 10 hours to charge and ran flat after about 45 minutes of heat and that wasn't even only using high power.
Website seems to suggest that outlet items can't be returned even though every item on there is marked outlet so I am expecting there to be more problems in getting my money back.
Customer services do provide good responses, but these are very slow in coming!

I have bought a few items from HTX and they are all top quality. I highly recommend this company and its service.

Delivered on time and well packaged, great gilet keeps me really warm as I’m a school crossing patrol officer one draw back, is I had to drawl the internet for a spare battery, overall a great product.
