Awful company with 0 customer service…

Awful company with 0 customer service skills. Provided cheap items from China that looked nothing like the pictures. Took 2 months to arrive and now they refuse to refund after initially saying they would. Now I'm being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It’s fake and they refuse to refund

If you’re reading this because you’ve already made a purchase — contact your bank and request a chargeback.
Don’t wait. You can get your money back.

I ordered a kit advertised as “Rapha – Professional Cycling Kit” with branded images and a high RRP, strongly suggesting it was genuine.
Only after purchasing did I find a note in the FAQ saying it wasn’t real Rapha — that’s misleading at the point of sale, and against UK consumer law.

When I tried to return it, the company refused to provide a return label unless I paid the postage myself — again, not legal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which require sellers to cover return costs for misdescribed goods.

They even imply in their FAQ that chargebacks are “hostile” — which is totally inappropriate and designed to discourage legitimate claims.

I contacted my bank and successfully claimed a chargeback. If this has happened to you, do the same.
Don’t let them get away with it. Know your rights. Get your refund.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I also thought I was ordering authentic Rapha cycle gear for members of my family. I fell into the trap of something being too good to be true. As other reviewers have said, you get knockoff goods made in China. I noticed that they have taken Rapha goods off the website which is interesting as one reviewer said they have reported them to Rapha. I said I wanted to return the goods so was given return information – I have sent it off at my own cost – probably a mistake as since then there is radio silence from the customer service team. I’ve learnt a big lesson!!
Also interesting that the email for them below is different from the email address on the website.

AVOID

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Horrible counterfeit rubbish. Quality is bad, delivery took ages - I should have realised sooner when items were being shipped from China.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Bad bad bad! Chinese fakes, erroneous T&Cs that are non-binding because the good are counterfeit, and basically just all round bad. Avoid at all costs.

Misleading and potentially fraudulent business – avoid

I ordered cycling gear from "Tom Cycle London" after being misled by their website, which claimed they were a London-based shop holding a closing-down sale. In reality, they operate solely from China. The products I received were advertised as Rapha but have been confirmed by Rapha to be counterfeit. Strongly advise avoiding this company.

Counterfeit Rapha, avoid! Do not return items, do chargeback instead.

Rapha cycling kits are cheap counterfeits from China. When I recieved tracking I was surprised to see they were shipping from China, so questioned it, and their customer service lied about the items being authentic. Opened chargeback case with my bank and got my money back. Do not ship the items back to China, you can get into trouble yourself for shipping counterfeits across the border. I also reported to Rapha, who are taking action against the site and their social media profiles.

Poor quality, too small and 10% offer of refund if sent back to China!

I thought I was buying genuine Rapha gear on the premise of a sale from a London based store. As soon as I had ordered and I saw that it was coming from China, I knew this was wrong. The goods arrived a couple of weeks later, were way too small, no good to me, and were of poor quality suggesting they were fake goods. I’ve been in contact with their customer service who offered me a 10% refund if I sent the goods back to China! Do not touch this offer.
