slipping hearing aids
went last week they kept my hearing aids as they keep falling out of my ears..going to put some non slip paint on them...so should be ok i hope

Excellent service
Excellent service. I requested an urgent ear wax removal and was offered an appointment same morning. It is well placed next to the Hearing Dogs Trust (no connection) with good parking very close. The Reception staff as ever friendly and helpful. The ear care was thoroughly professional with everything explained and visible before and after from the camera and computer display. Great value too as House of Hearing price was £49 compared with £80 before the change of ownership. I would be happy to highly recommend and would be confident using House of Hearing elsewhere.

I went in for wax removal in the Eye…
I went in for wax removal in the Eye branch....the reception area was clean and comfortable.
I was called in by Jay, who explained everything to me very clearly, and answered all my questions.
Apart from being very efficient and knowledgeable, he also had a great sense of humour....we had a laugh together, and the whole appointment went like a dream.
Highly recommendable !!

I was having problems with one of my ears becoming completely blocked.
I was having problems with one of my ears getting blocked with ear wax, I seem to have this problem at least once a year, but I was quickly booked in for effective treatment which seems to be unavailable elsewhere. Following a phone call to the Saunderton House of Hearing I had an appointment at a time convenient for me three days later and following the not unpleasant treatment I received I could hear perfectly again for which many thanks.

excellent customer service which is…
excellent customer service which is individualised to the client. This not only relates to hearing matters but also to mobility issues: as I can't easily climb stairs at present, the examination room was changed to a ground floor examination room - without my asking. Friendly staff who are always helpful, patient and pleasant. Would recommend the service.

Five star service deserves a five star recommendation. Over 80’s ear wax removal enhances hearing especially as NHS no longer provide this service. Super easy, painless procedure and best of all it’s offered annually. No sales pressure at all.

I paid nearly £3000 for Oticon hearing…
I paid nearly £3000 for Oticon hearing aids and, to date I have not been blown away. I still suffer with tinnitus and hearing my own voice inside my head has made it difficult to hear outside noise. I am still saying 'pardon', in a crowded room it's impossible to hear anything and people still ask if I have my hearing aids in!!
I have believe what I was told by the audiologist but I'm not convinced!!
