Item did not match website.
Customer service responded to ONE email and told me to send back to china at my own cost.
They did not respond to any other emails.
If you want to waste your time and money, this is the site for you.

Poor quality, bad returns policy
Ordered a pair of boots which did not fit & were described as black but were dark grey. Emailed regarding returns & was informed I would have to return to china for a refund despite a uk shipping address on parcel! They offered 15% refund towards alterations (they're shoes!!).
Nowhere on their website does it have any information about returns & refunds. Will not use again, quality lacking & I am £20 out of pocket with un unusable pair of shoes.

I can concur with other reviews. I tried to cancel the order before they were shipped as I read these reviews but they said they had shipped the items already but they still took another 7 days to arrive. I have now received them and they are extremely cheap material (nylon) and I can't even return them for a full refund as I would have to send them to China. I'm just hoping to get the 15% cash refund they have offered.

It’s a scam…
I ordered some earrings they’re nothing like the photo. They’re cheap with nail varnish to colour them. I tried asking for a refund but items have to be authorised by them to be returned within 14 days but TI can only return items to their depot in China despite the items being posted from within the UK. However they will offer you a 15% refund as a settlement fee still giving them a hefty profit on their scam. I can even provide photos of the expected item and the received item and neither is alike.
They replied to my first email immediately, they’re now ignoring my second email asking for a full refund and outlining their scam.
Seriously avoid them.

Avoid this company!
Avoid this company! As others have said, the items you receive do not match what is shown on the website and the quality is dreadful. Customer service is appalling, they accept no responsibility for an error on their website which resulted in the wrong colour being sent.

Don't believe what you see!
The items shown in their photos are not the items you will receive. You will receive cheaply made poor replicas of what is shown in cheap material. Even though their website says easy returns, trust me it's far from it. I'm still trying to return the shoddy items received and get the £70 back I paid for them.

Well, I did bite and bought from them £92. They took their time, well and truly!!! TDO NOT THINK YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICS, iS NOTHING BUT THE CHEAPEST NYLON-POLIESTER LOWEST CHINESE QUALITY EVER!!! Then if things go wrong, you need to return the items PAYING FOR IT with your own money. Do your self a favor and just do not buy from them OM YOUR MONEY!!!
