Criminal scumbags.
Didn't issue a boiler safety certificate for 8 years straight.
Don't so inspections.
Casually break into your property with no legal 24 hour notice.
Here's the good news.
Allowed a dog owner to rent next to an allergic immuno-comprimised person through sheer negligence even though no pets were allowed in the property. This caused hospitalisations and almost death.
Transferred a smaller amount of the original deposit paid to a new agent.
Currently going through legal investigations with a view to arrests been made and hopefully Company closure.
Horrible for both Landlords and tenants. Landlords getting zero management for the paid fees and tenants, particularly those with minimum legal knowledge will get abused and lives will be put under threat.

During my time at University I stayed in private student accommodation - the letting agency were not amicable most of the time, I was treated horribly by one of the directors of the letting agency. I have a diagnosis of Autism and I was treated differently because of this, they did not like the fact that I had a disability and they used this to discriminate me against me - Students At the University of south wales, do not use Let Right Properties because they are intimidating, at times they can be aggressive and abusive. Upon moving out I had to make a formal complaint, which also got sent to Welsh Goverment and the Local Authority in the area - this letting agency do not like students who have additional needs. Students who are looking for private student accommodation do not use Let Right Properties LTD, they will not treat you with respect.

We've used Let Right Properties for over 10 years fully managing a number of our properties and also to conduct tenant finds for us. We've always had a great relationship with all the staff in the office and always available to assist us in any way possible. We also can't fault the team in Sell Right, assisted us in selling properties in the past very quickly. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT RENT AS A STUDENT.
Terrible customer service, are nice about things until there is an issue with your property and then they don't want to know and will blame you for it and won't do anything to fix it. Sign their texts to tenants with "Thnx" and are blunt on the phone.
I have had issues with this company for the last year and would never recommend renting from them ever again unless you like a mouldy house, random viewings without notice and rude service.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE ABSOLUTE MORONS. if you don't mind mould problems that letright will try and blame you for or unprofessional email responses formulated by illiterate toddlers, and the organisational skills of the administration team responsible for the cladding of grenfall Tower, then let right are perfect. Don't waste your money and mental health on this absolute dumpster fire of a "company" and choose literally anyone else. I would sooner rent a room in auschwitz than choose to live in one of let rights properties again.

Highly recommend Josh Phillips and the rest of the team at Sell Right. Without them keeping everybody informed and updated our purchase would probably have fallen through. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

We dealt with Josh in Sellright Treforest.
We had 3 houses up for sale with him.
All 3 houses sold straight away on the day of viewing.
Sellright fees were the most reasonable that we found.

The service provided was efficient and quick.

There was regular communication every step of the process I didn’t have to chase them up at any point. This I found to be very good.
