A Five-Star Estate Agency!
Sellright sold our House in Feb.2021. and we had a very positive experience with them.
They were: 1, Easy to contact, 2. Friendly & helpful to deal with, and 3. they were always fair, patient and even-handed in their approach.
For these reasons and more I can only highly recommend them, if you're considering selling a property in the RCT area. I think they all worked hard for their money, and were never awkward to reach, and never pushy as most are.
They also worked efficiently throughout Covid year, while others I dealt with floundered in the wind.
I found Sellright to be really good, which isn't what can be said of a few others (who hectored me tirelessly over my house sale, which I could've done without). Sellright were more ethical, straight-forward and professional, was our experience. I wasn't angry to be handed the bill at all, but felt well supported throughout the whole process. Can't say much fairer than that, and no, I'm not related to anyone who works there.
We just had a really positive experience. Fact.

I rented with these a few years ago and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences of our lives. The house had a basement and was full of rubbish when we moved in but they just boarded it up so we didn’t have access, even though the house was advertised with it. There was a fire previously in the property and they just painted over the smoke damage, the linoleum in the kitchen was torn, the floors weren’t straight all the walls needed reappearing because the paper was torn, the boiler was faulty, the shower was barely working, there were rats nests and spiders nests everywhere.
We were desperate to find somewhere to live at the time and we just had to move. Initially, they came quickly to sort out some of the problems but they refused to do some of the repairs and I warned them of the state of one of the cupboards falling apart and they refused so eventually the cupboard fell apart, I had to re-paper all of the walls throughout the house, I had to clean dried paint from the carpets, I had to buy more pain and I was paying £500 a month for this house but the actual agency were nothing but bullies and called me an idiot several times on the phone. Just before, my partner had moved into student accommodation and they refused to move him when he asked because he was being viciously bullied and gaslighted by his house mates because of his sexuality and the agent just shrugged his shoulders and said “That’s your problem.”
Please don’t allow these horrible people to capitalise on your misery.
Oh, and at the end of it all and I had enough, they accused me of leaving the property in a state and bullied my partner into giving them £300 for the repairs. We were only 19 at the time so you can imagine the anxiety it caused.
And so they can identify me, I lived I. Phillip Street in Pontypridd. Even all of our neighbours and the landlord’s brother said how dangerously built the house was

We recently sold a property with Sell Right, from the initial valuation to completion Josh and Jennifer were fantastic, proactively chasing the buyer when needed and keeping us informed the whole time.
As first time sellers they could have been more helpful in explaining the process and answering our questions.

After having many issues with the property when we first moved in, I spoke to Vicki who was very helpful and was sorting everything out for us.

I had a phone call from the owner of let right about and an issue which occurred in the late evening. When speaking to her, she seemed to have an attitude with me and was rude.

I wouldn’t really expect that sort of attitude Towards anyone let alone a customer.

Such a shame.

Everyone I have spoken to on the phone and at the office has been friendly and helpful. Lewis, who showed me round the flat I am renting, was well informed and explained all the details of the property fully.

If you want to have your house sold quickly, efficiently by professionals that know what they're doing, let right is a great choice. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism that the people working for Let Right offer from start to finish, every step of the way.

DO NOT GO WITH LET RIGHT!! I am now a tenant and their service is awful!!! We inform them from the first day we get into the house about heating problems(boiler controller not working), the kitchen hood was not working and a socket in a room was blocked with something inside.
After a month they didnt do anything at all! After that every 2 days we were keep going to their office to remind them and push them to fix the problems!
2 weeks later the landlord came to the house to have a look on the boiler controler and i tell him about all the other problems. He then show me a paper which Let right gave him saying that the only problem was the boiler controller and nothing else! And he apologises saying that he didnt know about the problems! Let Right didnt inform him! God knows why!!

The problem with the boiler after 3 months of tenancy is not fixed yet!

Also, they got into our house with no 24 hours notice!! We said to them that you cant get into the house and the agent just force the door and get in!!

Moreover, when they actually send text about viewings on the 3 of the 5 viewings they didnt turn up and at the rest 2 they were 2-3 hours late!! Its like you cant sleep and you cant do a shower because you have to wait for them and maybe they will not turn up with no saying anything!
Awful and rude staff that only wants your money!! They will push you after a viewing to pay for unnecessary agency fees which no other agent in the treforest area charge!! Just stay away from them!

I cannot praise this estate agent enough, from start to finish the service has been excellent. Very professional and friendly. They were always happy to answer questions and any call backs were made in exceptionally good time. I was kept up to date with the sale of my house throughout the whole process. Very impressive photographs of my property were taken and quite a few viewings arranged very quickly. The house was sold to the first person who viewed. Many thanks to Josh who valued my property, took the photographs and oversaw the process. I have sold houses in the past but can I honestly say in my experience this was by far the best. I highly recommend them, in future if I or any of my family are thinking of selling it is Sell Right we will use.
