We bought a house from Sell right and received excellent customer service. We dealt mostly with Josh who was very professional and friendly. He also stuck to his work. For example, he would always phone us back for updates when he said he would. I would highly recommend this estate agents. I wish I had sold my house with them too. They are a no nonsense, straight talking, low fee estate agents who get the job done without any fuss. Thank you for making our home move a stress free enjoyable one.

Let Right Properties have managed my property for a number of years. They offer a professional service for myself and my tenants, keep me quickly informed of any news regarding my property and deal with it efficiently. They arrange maintenance work and recommend work that needs to be done.

I was immensely impressed with the very prompt and efficient service provided by Let Right Properties who have gone above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with all of my enquiries.
The very friendly staff managed to allay all of my fears and concerns about my newly purchased house and furnished me with details of local companies and businesses. Advice was very forthcoming and freely given and the offer of a cup of tea was just the icing on the cake. I shall be directing all of my friends and colleagues towards this very efficient business.

Failed to charge tenant for a cracked sink on exit and only willing to pay £70 compensation (will cost way more than that to remove and replace it). Also failed to pick up a damp problem caused by a leaking gutter on 6 monthly inspection which now means the whole room needs to have plaster hacked off and re-plastered. In addition they have advised that a chunk of plaster being missing from a wall edge is fair wear and tear. That wall will now have to be re-beaded and plastered. They won't cover the fact that the tiles on the door step have been smashed - telling me it's not covered by them because it's not inside the property. To top it all off, when the tenant struggled to pay one month they resolved my concerns by telling me that she is a policewoman. The neighbours have confirmed that she was not a policewoman - they actually laughed hysterically at the thought of it.
