DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Easily the worst company I've ever dealt with. I asked for a refund on this item several times, as it took close to 10 months to receive it. I got a litany of lies regarding shipping delays; I had messages unanswered and the when I got a response it was beyond rude.

I'm hoping either the BBB shuts you down or the state of California. What an absolute sham of a company. The product I received was subpar at best and the contact I had Ben Haas maybe the worst thing to happen to multisport clothing. He makes snake oil salesmen look reputable.

My order is #LTP11635 on Jul 30, 2020. No response!!!

My order is #LTP11635 on Jul 30, 2020 including 2 trisuits. Despite a lot of chasing, complaining, etc. on email/messenger, I have no response. Now, it's more than 17 months I've received nothing and I've totally lost my money.

Anyone know what I should do?

Update on Jan 1st: I see someone from LTP responding on other posts saying their customer are fake, lier, ... I am real victim and I just need to get either my puchased items or money back, but still NO RESPONSE!!!

Keep your hands off this company

Unfortunately I have the same problem as many others here. I ordered 2 jerseys and 2 caps in June 2021. I haven't received any goods to date. In the chat it was written that zippers are missing and that these next weeks will come.

On November 30th, 2021 I received an email that my goods should be sent in the first week of December. Unfortunately that didn't happen again.
From my point of view this company is a scam to get your money.

avoid like Covid-19

I ordered a top in September 2021 and to date have not received anything. They say it's a supply issue at first then it's waiting to be picked up. I have received no confirmation of anything except the fact they have taken my money. how can a business bombarded you with emails to purchase more products when it can't deliver on a basic contract. I feel I may have to go through consumer protection in Australia and report as a scam if no resolution

there response is a complete lie to try and discredit the truth.

Your order is brand new and you were told 4-6 weeks lead time not including any delays from the supply issues effecting the entire world. This person ordered less than 10 days ago and his item was shipped in less than 2 days from order. We are a professional company and cannot make and deliver based on your personal travel schedule. Your order was made and shipped faster than service any company in the world can provide. Check your tracking which was courteously emailed to you when your item shipped. This is a nonsense review of nothing.

Regretful experience. What you see is NOT what you get - production went wrong and claims it’s an update - looking very different from photos/catalogue, and no exchange nor refund offered. Basically don’t care about customer or brand reputation. Sizing also random and inconsistent.

Cool stuff but be persistent if you want your order and don’t expect good service or communication.

I placed an order for three items on July 8. I received 1 item in September. I get that there are worldwide delays on goods due to availability, shipping, port backup and more, however I never received any communication from LTP regarding the remaining two ordered items. For three more months I emailed asking for an ETA and never received a response. It was only through the website was I able to converse with someone. When I asked about the status of the remaining items the person from LTP was rude and told me that I was being ridiculous that I was asking for an update. “Don’t you know about the delays in the LA ports?” they said. I said yes as I live in Orange County. It was now the first of November and I was only asking for an update but got ridiculed. I asked for a money return on the two items I yet to receive and was told they would not refund me and they told me to chill. I finally received the last two items at the end of November, however I strongly feel that if I had not reached out to them I never would have received any communication or my products. I like the product, design and fit but I don’t think I will ever order from LTP again due to very poor communication and horrible customer service.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I am going on 2 years for my orders and I have emailed them 3 times requesting a refund. No reply. When they did reply about a year ago it was “lost and being tracked”. “ it’s next in line to be printed”. Always something. It’s a real shame because they actually have good quality merchandise. They come out with new things all the time. Don’t know how. Don’t waste your money. Unless your an attractive female with 2k+ followers or ex pro you will NOT GET YOUR ORDER.

Updated: Do you see the reply I got. Didn’t even take the time to contact me to help resolve the issue. Real good customer service guys. Real professional. It took a bad experience and a comment on here to get their attention. I have emailed you 6 times regarding my order. All excuses. All of them. And your fake chat. It’s basically a bot that runs you in circles and tell you the same thing every time. Waste of time. You guys even one time DM me in Instagram asking for my phone number, which I gave to you and I got no call.

Never got last piece of my order…

Never got last piece of my order (trisuit). Waiting since August. Online chat is useless, they promised me many times it will be delivered soon. I understand logistic issues but then don't promise anything and give me hopes. I no longer need the trisuit and want a refund.

Wow!

The order process was super fast and efficient. The fabrics in the trisuit feel incredible and perform as good as they look. I love the creativity of the design and get tons of compliments during training and racing. I highly recommend LTP for your gear!

When the wait is longer the list of excuses

When you purchase products from the outlet it is the only opportunity to actual receive product in a timely manner. If you want any other product you will have to wait until the end of time to actually receive anything. They are slow to respond and will try to discredit you if you say anything negative about them. I will just let my credit card company take care of the refunds as the products never shipped after almost a year of waiting. Would never purchase from this company ever again

Love the designs and product

Love the designs and products on offer. Sizing is always a bit of a guess when you buy internationally but the fit was good.
Shipping to Australia was slow in comparison to other companies I bought from at the same time.
Aside from delivery I would Totally recommend for original designs that break the boring cycling boundaries 👍🏻
