I paid for the order (Order #LTP12859 confirmed) a year ago, then it took you more than half a year to make it, however part of the order hasn’t been sent yet… I’m very disappointed
Run for the hills!
Never received my items after 7 months of begging. If I could give negative stars I would. Ben Haas is very unethical in his dealings and is full of empty promises. As soon as you complain, you get blocked on every platform.
Every negative review receives the same aggressive answer and LTP can never seem to accept any responsibility.
Save yourself the time, money and frustration and rather purchase elsewhere.

I love these bibs. The qualify is great, they’re super comfortable, and, most importantly, they fit my thunder thighs perfectly. I’m 5’2 (on a good day), 145 lbs, and ordered a Medium. I will absolutely be ordering more stuff from Love The Pain.

What's is wrong in the World today is to charge a credit card of honest people that want to do an honest transaction with a business and then not only we never ear from you but when we do, it's on a site like this.. well done, I don't love the Pain that much hahaha. Never again, and trust me I buy a lot of gear every year. Your lost.

Unique designs and exceeds expectations
Kit arrived and exceeds expectations, designs are unique and make me stand out in the crowd. I have a mix of kit, running and Tri shorts, tights, bib shorts, cycle jersey, tees, arm water shorts and hats. All excellent quality.

Raced a half ironman this past weekend in the freemotion suit. Nothing but good things to say. Suit was comfortable. No chaffing. I really appreciate the guys getting the suit out to me quickly. It was great to have the suit customized with my kids names too.

I placed an order in May and received confirmation that I would receive my clothing in 4-6 weeks. I was shocked that it was going to take so long. After 6 weeks I didn't receive anything so I sent an email. No response. Sent two more. No response. Filed a claim with my credit card. Received an email from LTP in October that material was sourced for my order and that it would be started "soon" but still no indication of delivery. I sent another email cancelling order and mentioning the claim with my credit card company. No response.
exceptional customer service
I placed an order for a race kit without knowing much about this company, My friend had a jersey and it was Awesome quality and it looked cool. I added custom numbers and name and some other details, My plan was race in this kit at IMFL in Nov, order placed in Late Aug, all good. Then supply shortages due to Covid started to become a major issue with almost everything. I used chat on the site to check the status, got the automated computer response "in process" BUT a short time after I got another response from an actual person advised the my order was set for production the following week, I explained that I had a deadline for a race and while no guarantees could be made they provided me with a sense of assurance that my item would arrive on time. SOOOOO a week passes and I change my travel plans to head to FL earlier than expected and it seems that I will miss the delivery by a day or 2, I logon to the chat and explain my situation and again I get a super helpful person who walks me through the rush order process and confirms that my item will now ship the next day overnight! I will have 4 days before I travel! I dont write reviews, and I usually dont read them, I purchased from this company because I liked the quality of the product that my friend had, I have had only excellent service, great communication, my product was scheduled to arrive on time and when I changed my plans they altered the production cycle to get me my item sooner. I am definitely satisfied and will do future business with LOVETHEPAIN
