Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. We ordered our items over 6 months ago and have received no response when trying to follow up. Of course they don’t have a phone number! We disputed the charge and miraculously 2 of the cheap items showed up but the $400 tri suit did not arrive. We then got a nasty email from Josh Smith demanding we stop the “fraudulent charge back or he will put us in collections”. We told him to call us if he wanted to chat about why he wanted to keep our money without delivering our goods but of course he never did.
Company just responded as “fake”. Where would you like me to send all the documentation? Please provide a phone number. The only thing fake is your business.

Takes WAY TOO LONG to receive products!
I love love love your products, but both times I have ordered from you it has taken so long I didn’t think o would ever receive it. The first time it too 7 mo the. This time it took 9 months to get a base layer tank top! Unbelievably and unacceptably too long. I wish you would get your service side together because I would buy more things from you.

Amazed with the speed of service for my new stylish endurance gear. Bought several pairs of performance short tights and running shirts and received them in a about a couple of weeks. Everything was perfect and I’m already enjoying them in style!

It is a scam!
They make promises that “your item will ship next week” week over week and will eventually just not respond to you.
If you post anything truthful about your experience on their Instagram, they will delete it and eventually block you.
It’s astonishing how terrible he treats his customers.
Edit/Update:
Ben claims this is a fake review.
Just look at the number of comments noted vs the comments that are actually visible. You’ll see there have been deleted comments. I have plenty of screenshots to show his illegitimate transparency to what people are actually trying to share but what he constantly deletes and hides.
More time should be spent responding to customers and fulfilling orders than trolling reviews. Maybe if you did that, you wouldn’t have to worry about negative reviews.

Months of no product
Months of no product, no reply on chat, no # to call. Disputed charged with bank and refunded money. Now months later they are shipping product to me, threatening collection, and still won’t respond to email. Worst company ever, no wonder we never see their kits at races!

Ordered two bibs and two jerseys to wear for the summer... order placed at the beginning of July 2021. It is now the beginning of October 2021. Still waiting for them. So apparently, they don't offer refunds once your items are "in production," which they have been in production for months now. So, if we finally receive our items, and turns out they don't fit.. we have to wait for additional how many months for an exchange?? Won't be ordering from this company in the future.
Money paid and NO product
Have clothing missing from an order in 2019 and a complete Team Mojo order 2021 not fulfilled 5 months later.
Dozens of emails and WhatsApp message. Originally promised a delivery of 7 days and constant promises made when I am lucky enough to get a reply.
Do not buy from this supplier customer service is non existant and owner abuses and threatens you when you try to resolve issues

Love the Pain service is great! I had ordered a Tri Suit (that I Love) but had a minor issue. I was able to resolve the issue and Iam ordering more product plus turned my friend on to the site. For a triathlete it is hard to find fun prints that are high quality but Love the Pain has it for sure!
The worst customer service I ever had…
The worst customer service I ever had by far. They send you whatever they want whenever they want, if they want. If not, simply: They do not send your orders.
Design is cool, but quality is very poor according to the price. Not for a maximum performance. They create recreational sportswear, not recommended for competition. Very disappointed.
Definitely I do NOT recommend that brand.

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service I've encountered in my life. Bordering scam, I probably sent over 100 messages attempting to get an update on my order. They blamed everybody under the sun besides themselves. Despite the jersey's being all Women's Small, they fit differently and one is even has a different collar style than depicted on the model. I hate the collar but I'm so frustrated with the company I can't stand the thought of waiting another 4 months to receive a replacement. I've also ordered a base layer from the outlet store that was never delivered. Dealing with them is not worth the $20.
Edit: if only they could spend a fraction of the amount of the time they spend defending themselves on actually getting orders out! Nothing I’ve said was a lie. These guys are nuts! Avoid! I could verify the number of messages and lack of response through their website, email, and Instagram. 4 months to receive this order and about 7 months for the previous one! Y’all are crazy.

Something's Not Right With This Vendor
Caveat Emptor. This is not a review of their products because I haven't received my order yet....and I'm not sure whether I ever will, because the vendor is either non-responsive or unhelpful when responding. (e.g. Order is in production....hand-made....1 to 10 business days for shipment...) when the question is why hasn't my order shipped 8 months after order....or please cancel and refund me my money....etc.
I make an order a while ago (about 2 years) and still not received it
I make an order of several items, T shirts, tri suits, and jacket, after several months and calls I finally received the 3 T-shirts that I ordered, it’s been over 2 years and still have not received the tri suit and jacket ordered and after email my concerns and questions about when should I expect my orders I got an answered saying that because COVID they were delaying orders but would filled them eventually…well guess what? Still have not get the rest of my order. I think I’ve been more than patient with this company but I know now I’m not the only one and don’t think at this time I ever going to get my order or get my money back. Was very disappointed in the lack of service. Took over a year to receive my order from the time I placed it. Placed it Jan/Feb 2020. Received early Fall 2021. Several attempts where made to contact help desk for status updates. Received random communication/responses indicating that it was coming. Continued following up with no comms and at one point I had to use Instagram messenger to get some feedback. Even then it was hit or miss. Would never order another product from them again.
