Avoid LunaraLights – breach of consumer rights
I received a faulty lamp and requested a refund immediately. They ignored my request, sent a replacement without consent, and then refused to process a refund unless I returned both products to China at my own cost, which could result in no refund at all if the return didn’t arrive.
This violates UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), which entitles customers to a full refund and reimbursement of return costs for faulty goods. They've ignored multiple attempts to resolve this.
I’ve had to initiate a formal dispute process and will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

NOT a UK company. Lights arrived on time but not suitable, looked on returns and in the small print the item has to be returned to CHINA for a refund. On the surface the light looks good but the internal wiring looks like it's come from a child's toy car. No CE mark, no instructions. Purporting to be a high end London store but the address is actually a random housing estate. Not worth returning to China but fortunately I can retrofit the lights with proper Led's and wiring so not a complete right off.
Very glossy website but don't be fooled, I normally check out reviews etc, but was too busy this time to research properly. As other's have said do not use this FAKE company.

The lights we ordered are of very good…
The lights we ordered are of very good quality and are perfect for our space. We like that the lights have two different lighting modes simply operated by flicking the light switch on/off to flick between the modes. We got the lights for a very good price.

Avoid like the plague. 3 weeks delayed on shipping, arrived in a damaged box, poor quality, it's all plastic, and then for returns required to send to china which they caveat as there might be issues and no refund possible. Please avoid avoid avoid so you don't get scammed like me!!

Junk Unsafe Products from Chinese Company
Sadly there isn't a minus or zero stars option..This is a faceless Chinese based company. Don't be fooled by the registered UK address and .co.uk domain. The devil is in the detail when you take the time to explore what this scam company is about..non UK directors on Companies House and they DO NOT have a UK presence. My light took weeks to arrive from china . It's a piece of junk and doesn't even conform to UK safety standards. It would have damaged my roof due to the horrific design with loads of wee bolts sticking out on base which was to be fixed to the roof. Would also probably have caused a fire. It's just another fake Chinese company selling junk posing as a UK company with some flashy marketing and website to looks like it's quality. You will notice the positive reviews on TP are all very suspect too. AVOID

FAKE UK COMPANY - AVOID AVOID
Purchased 2 x lights online expecting them to arrive from a London based company. I have since had an email to say the items are going to take up to 40 days to be shipped. This is not good enough and not what was advertised when I purchased.
After further inspection the contact number online has been disconnected, the company address is some random house in London.
I’d like a full refund please. I am not going to be putting Chinese lights up in my daughters bedrooms as I know they won’t be up to UK safety standards

Terrible company. Take very long for deliveries, products are not as described or even shown in photos, more expensive than other providers and if you want to return a product, you need to send it directly to China at your own expense. Avoid!

Drop shipping scam, over priced tat
I brought two items from this company, one arrived on time one is lost. I spent £130 on the one item that arrived and it was not as described, cheap plastic awful thing. I then found the same item (same stock images) on other sites selling for £54. I requested a refund but was told I'd have to return the item to CHINA and pay for it myself.
They are registered as being based in London, avoid at all costs completed drop shipping scam.

We ordered 2 wallights and 2 pendant…
We ordered 2wall lights and 2 pendant lights from Lunaralights recently. Whilst it took a little longer to receive the fittings the orders arrived extremely well packaged. We are delighted with both types of fittings and overall believe they represent very good value and the effect of both types does not disappoint. One of the pendant shades was damaged but we received a complete replacement reasonably quickly. Please note we now live in North Yorkshire not Truro!

No returns/refunds
The delivery was too late for me to use the lamps I received so I asked for a refund. They appear to be based in London but they won't accept returns anywhere but China and I think the address they gave me there is false. I've been waiting for a refund of £380 since March. Looking increasingly unlikely I'll get one.

Avoid this company. They drop ship from china and it’ll take weeks to arrive. The lights I purchased are unsafe - cheap Chinese products. The cabling terminations in the pendants are just pushed in with no screws etc - a fire hazard that doesn’t comply with UK regulations. They’ll also comment most likely that my order doesn’t exist like they seem to do everyone else’s. Absolutely ripped off - avoid avoid avoid.

Poor Quality product with missing parts
We bought a supposed half price chandelier some months ago for our move to a new house. Our mistake was not to check the product thoroughly when it eventually arrived because today when we came to fit it we discovered that parts were missing from the package which made the light fitting useless.
It is now clearly beyond the time for return and refund (as PayPal kindly pointed out) so let this be a warning to customers to immediately examine products received to ensure that they are complete.
Notwithstanding the missing parts I do not consider that the chandelier was worth what we paid, and this after a claimed half price saving.
All in all this has been a costly negative experience and one which I will not repeat.

As of 6th June no update provided unless Lunara Lights are still having difficulty locating me in their system even with the benefit of the order number.

Illegal and potentially unsafe - report them!
The company sold non-UKCA compliant fixtures which is illegal and potentially unsafe. When I emailed them about this they "assured" me they were safe while providing zero evidence or offering any refund/free returns.
As well as this, all the other 1 star reviews below sum up my experience with them: scammy, poor quality, dropshipped, costs to return, not a UK company, AI unhelpful customer service, dismissive responses to reviews etc etc etc
I have reported them to Citizens Advice and raised a case with my bank.
Update:
After going backwards and forwards with their (clearly a bot) customer service, I gave up and waited for my bank to respond regarding my Visa chargeback. A week after I raised the dispute I got my full refund via the Visa chargeback scheme, without having to return my order. Thanks bank! As well as this, citizens advice have reported the company to trading standards for me!
If anyone is still stuck with a refund, raise a chargeback case with your bank!
And another update:
Funny to see the amount of 5* reviews that started around early july that are all phrased very very similarly... seems like they are making their own fake reviews now!
