Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company. It is the same cheap item I could have got from Amazon but instead paid triple the price expecting a good item from London not China. It arrived broken, they refuse to give me my money back. They just keep sending me the item again. I do not want the lamp I want my money back. I have been emailing back and forth for over a month, extremely painful experience.

Misleading, Unsafe, and Terrible Quality – Avoid This Company At All Costs
I deeply regret purchasing from this company. The pendant light I received was shockingly poor in quality — absolutely not worth the high price tag. It feels cheap, flimsy, and nothing like what was shown on the website.
Upon inspection, I found that the light fitting only includes two wires — blue (neutral) and brown (live) — and is missing the mandatory green/yellow earth wire. This is a serious safety issue. According to UK electrical regulations, all fittings must come with a three-core cable, especially for metal fixtures where grounding is critical to prevent electric shocks. This product clearly does not meet UK safety standards.
The website itself is incredibly misleading. It gives the impression that this is a London-based company, but in reality, it operates out of China. You won’t discover this until you try to return something — and yes, returns are at your own cost, all the way back to China. So if you’re unhappy with what you get (and it’s very likely you will be), expect to lose even more money sending it back.
I’m currently waiting for my refund after sending the item back, which I had to pay for myself.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. This was a frustrating, disappointing experience, and I will never order from them again.
Order 6686 (don't say you can't find it)

Absolutely atrocious service
Absolutely atrocious service - I ordered a lamp, which was delivered after weeks of waiting - from China. The lampshade was metal and had significant denting due to poor packaging. I contacted the company and asked for a shipping label for a refund as their OWN website states they usually don't cover return shipping UNLESS an item is faulty - which they acknowledged it was - yet they refused to pay for the return shipping.
So I spent over £30 for return shipping - to China - only for the parcel to be held at customs there for a month now despite all forms being completed and attached as required.
I am furious as I am now over £120 out of pocket, for literally nothing, not even a damaged lamp.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. SHODDY GOODS with no contact numbers to solve.S
I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them.
i am trying to return faulty goods that they have agreed to take back but... They will not send a pre paid shipping label as stated in their policy on their site. I have put this to PayPal who are investigating on my behalf. Yes the goods are of a cheap quality and faulty!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EVERONE ELSES RECENT COMMENTS ARE TRUE.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Do not use. They lie on the website about being based in London. They are not. The goods come from China. They are extremely poor quality. Despite quoting a 3-10 working day delivery period the crappy lights take over a month to arrive. If you want to return them you have to ship them back to China. AVOID!!!!

Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. They are a SCAM! They claim to be in London but they are not. They are operating from China and send you cheap products that take weeks to arrive and then if you want to return they say you have to send it back to CHINA! Which ends up costing you what you paid for the item. I am having to fight between PayPal and trading standards about this. Do your self a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Light arrived faulty and when I asked for a refund, I was told to send it to China and incur the packaging cost myself.

They described the light as oak and when it arrived it was cheap plastic. They would not refund unless I posted the product back to China, even though they has given a false description and it is a UK company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I wish I checked the reviews on here before placing an order with Lunarulights. Their website appears to be UK based with the promise of quick delivery. I ordered 12 aluminium solar lights with glass shades and received 2 cheap plastic solar lights that were so poor quality one was broken in the box!!! They were also sent from CHINA which i thought was strange. I complained and they apologised and said they would get the order resent. Weeks and weeks passed and finally I got a delivery from CHINA of 12 cheap plastic solar lights nothing like the item description (which I have a screenshot of at the time of order incase they removed it). I demanded a full refund and for them to arrange for the incorrect item to be collected, they offered me a 15% discount and told me if I want to return them I must pay the cost of sending them to CHINA!!!!! Anyway I have now put a claim in with paypal and reported them to trading standards - this is a scam company!!!
UPDATE 4/5/25 - their reply is total lies! They have responded to me by email numerous times, they know exactly what my order number is - this is a generic reply to make out that these reviews on trust pilot are false. Please do not use this company they are a total scam and only in it to con their customers.
UPDATE 1/6/25 - Paypal found in my favour and I got a full refund, the cheap plastic lights are now sitting in my garage and if Lunaralights do not make any attempt to arrange collection then they are going in the best place possible - THE BIN!!!!!

This is not a UK based company as…
This is not a UK based company as advertised on website. Lamp took weeks to come it was really poor quality and also damaged. I asked for refund and was told a replacement was on the way and I could return once it arrived. 2 months later the lamp arrived and I was told I could only get a refund if I paid to send the lamp back to China. I have opened dispute with my bank, hopefully I can get a full refund.

Would not recommend this company
UPDATE: So instead of offering a refund like I asked for, they are sending me a replacement lamp. Last update was 1st May & still awaiting the lamp.
Would not recommend this company. Paid over £50 for a night light for my son’s birthday, took weeks to arrive & it’s faulty & has stopped working after a week. We’ve fully charged the light (it’s rechargeable) & when you tap the light on it doesn’t work. Going to seek a refund & will update if successful or not.

Negative 5 stars - Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
If it were possible to rate it with negative stars I would have done so.
The lamp we received wasn't 'Luxury' as they advertised it, it was cheap and was defective as it arrived with a US plug. Despite this defect they refused to send a return label and refund... what a surprise. I later discovered that the company is based in China, not London, acquires their goods for a fraction of the price they sell them at. (available for £25 - sold for £150)
Surprise, surprise, I've been unsuccessful in my attempts to get any compensation or remuneration despite what they say in their policy. This is a scam.
I feel very aggrieved, foolish and angry with myself, to have fallen for it.
My advice - avoid, avoid, avoid! And believe the reviews written on trust pilot! [I wish I'd looked first]
Update: Surprise surprise they've apologised and replied. They've given the impression that they're doing everything in their power to assist and help. Don't fall for it - it's all smoke and mirrors - deflecting the blame - probably AI written.

Never ever buy from this company
Never ever buy from this company. It looks very professional, but is an absolute con. I preferred a light and had to wait over 2 weeks for it to be delivered, i ended up getting something else from another site. What was was delivered was the poorest quality product, shameful quality.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company - NEVER buy from them. I bought two lamps which I wanted to return - had to send them back to China. They gave me the wrong delivery details so the packages came back to me. At a cost of £189 for the courier and customs fees. They also trade as Misterlamp - so be wary of that one too
Their reply is an outright lie - I have about 50 emails from them and a court order against them! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The website is misleading- they appear to be a London based company but they are not, all goods come from china. Although they claim quick delivery time (5-10working days) the actual delivery (from china) takes weeks.
The quality is too poor for the price!

SCAM! AND BREAKING UK LAW!
If I could give this zero stars, I would. My experience has been just as disappointing as many others have described. I spent a considerable amount of money on a product that arrived poorly made and completely different from what I ordered. On top of that, the electric unit isn’t even compatible with UK units.
When I requested a return, the company insisted on sending a replacement instead (despite me specifically asking them not to), claiming it was “policy”—despite no mention of such a policy anywhere on their website. When I asked them to point out where this was stated, they couldn’t provide an answer. Their published policy clearly says that if a product is faulty, they’ll send a prepaid return label, but they failed to do so even after multiple requests. I even offered to cover the return cost myself just to get a refund, but they refused to provide the return address.
They dodged every question I asked about returning the product. This company is blatantly violating multiple UK consumer laws, including the Distance Selling Regulations and laws against misleading advertising. I even cited these laws, but they completely ignored them.
Their website claims ‘best customer service’, ‘100% satisfaction guarantee’ and ‘opportunity to return the product’, but none of this is true. Their whole website is a complete lie and the people running this brand are shameful. They are charging so much money for poor quality lights, knowing they don’t even work in the UK, and then keeping the money when inevitably people want a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs. They’re clearly not UK-based, which is likely how they’re able to get away with such shady practices. Save your time, money, and frustration.

Do not use! Major Scam!
I ordered a Wine Red Auroraglo LED table lamp from Lunara Lights. After waiting 5 weeks for it to be delivered, the packaged came damaged. Having opened it, I found a Red table lamp. It was not the correct colour or material for what I had ordered. The lamp I was meant to receive was supposed to be Iron in material and Wine Red in colour.
Immediately, I emailed their help desk. This was a mistake entirely on their end. They offered me a 15% refund or to return it to China if I paid the shipping costs. They would not give me a prepaid label. This discussion went on for weeks, they offered me a higher percentage of refund each time but would not acknowledge their mistake.
I ended up having to open a case with PayPal in order to try and get my refund. They acknowledged that it was defective and then backtracked. Also, they tried to blame the lighting in the photos I sent them of the wrong colour, saying they had sent me the correct colour when it was obvious they hadn’t.
Even after all of this, they still wouldn’t provide me with a prepaid label. It states on their website that if the item is defective (which they said it was) they would provide a prepaid return label. They even changed their website to include incorrect item received and still wouldn’t give me the label.
They try to be condescending in their emails, and whenever I asked for a supervisor they would ignore the question and just try to change the subject.
Do not use this company as it is a major SCAM!!

Hoodwinking their customers to believe they are a London based company with UK credentials
Similarly to many others, I was hoodwinked into thinking this was a UK based company (London address and UK phone number). This is not a UK company and the UK phone number is defunct. I have asked them to take it down off the website, but as yet they haven't. They say it's for 'official purposes'. Nonsense and they know it.
I received my light after 3 weeks with Chinese instructions and no fixing plates as shown to be used in the basic illustrations. I went back to the company requesting a return. I was told I would need to pay to send it to China and to "please be aware that the return process may involve risks such as customs delays or damage during shipping. In such cases, the return will not qualify for a refund."
After weeks and weeks of email exchange they sent me some instructions in English but insist the light does not need the fixing plates shown in the instructions and therefore were not missing from the original package.
Although the communications were polite and quite prompt, they are playing all of us. They know full well they are making consumers believe they are a UK company. I am going to be reporting them to Trading Standards as I see so many others are having the same experience. The very least they can do is take down the aspects of their website which make people believe there is a phone number you can contact them on and make it clear the London address is for registration purposes only.
I believe the next action they will take is answer this review saying they cannot identify my order - distancing themselves from my complaint completely.
