Cheap lights from China!
Cheap lights from China!! Bought for £140. Order number #4946
Same lights from well known online Chinese shops £20 😡.
Tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after ordering realising my mistake and reading the horrific reviews on here, and the company refused saying the order was already processed and said I had to wait for the order to be delivered then I could return them at my own expense.
Reading other negative reviews on here it seems it would cost me more money to do so because of import tax.
Took 3 weeks to arrive and can confirm that the quality of the lights are not even worth £20, never mind £140 which I have been scammed out of!
Avoid!!! and don't be fooled by the positive reviews.
Please don't bother replying telling me you can't find the order and don't tell me to reach out to you to because I have already done so, several times!!

Been duped like many others. Wish I had read reviews before spending £180 on rubbish lights that look nothing like website pictures. Also not safe to use. Avoid.

No stars if I could
No stars if I could. Cheap plastic rubbish from China, not London as inferred by the name and contact address. All returns have to go to China at the customer’s expense. I’m glad I only got cheated out of £64.95, some people have lost hundreds! The box it came in was used and open so clearly a previous return sent back out. Don’t touch this company it’s all fake tat.

What an absolute SCAM this company is
What an absolute SCAM this company is. I lost £120. What theyre doing is illegal, not listing anywhere in their policy or website that returns must be shipped to CHINA at your own expense. Customer service is infuriating and will just not answer any questions. My return cost me £35 and didnt even make it to the warehouse as it needed duty fees too and I couldn't pay. AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We bought a pendant light (£500) and found it is not suitable for UK mains electricity, after numerous emails and additional purchases of electrical solutions from Amazon none worked and weve effectively scrapped the fittings sold with the item and our electrician had to make a fitting.
Awful 'bot like' customer responses, contradicting themselves, no accountability for not cleary posting on the sales literature this would require converters.
No telephone number to ring to try and explain and get help. Just awful.
IN ADDITION: Lunara lights have responded below and referenced the incorrect order - the reply they have given is not about this order - it’s a different one …that about says it all

Absoltuely terrible company
Absoltuely terrible company, do not order from them. Faulty item sent, not compatible with UK lighting, took 46 days to arrive, missing parts and instructions in Chinese. The company will try anything not to give a refund. In relation to the response below: I have already contacted your company, numerous times with detailed information and photos. The customer service has been absolutely dreadful.

Terrible product and company
Terrible product and company. Do not buy from.
Item arrived and was nothing like the advertisement. Cheap, tacky and plastic. Awful. When I contacted them to return the item they informed me I had to return it to China. This was not mentioned in any of the online returns information. It was also going to cost me pretty much the amount for the item to return it to China! Joke. After back and forth emails I got offered a pitiful 10% refund for the hassle.
These companies should not be allowed to misinform customers that their returns are to China.

Cheap and nasty product, liars
Cheap and nasty product. Misrepresent themselves as being in London. Completely unhelpful ‘customer service’. Takes well over a month for cheap plastic ugly lights to arrive from China. Failure to reimburse. Fraudulent company. Beware.

Terrible
Terrible, took over two months to arrive, bought a missbird light and doesn’t stay charged for more than an hour, in fact my sister bought the same for £4 from Temu, mine was £34, really disappointing

Terrible service
Terrible service. My lights arrived from China, via Turkey. 3 wks after the email they promised it would come in 5 days.
Tried to get a refund and they only offered me 15% back.
Cheap lights I can't use, because I had to buy ones 3 wks ago to fit into my build schedule. Don't buy from them.

A definite scam. Should have read these before I ordered. I will check the address and send my workers over to see if this really exists. Been getting the run around for over 2 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will never see your product or your money. But if they do exist at the address I will let you all know where you can find them.

Lunara Lights: Where refunds go to die in customs.
Ridiculous...how can they get away away with it
Hi Jane,
Thank you for reaching out.
We understand the importance of this matter and have been actively trying to contact the relevant parties to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response.
As part of the process, we kindly request that you contact your local courier to connect with customs clearance and assist in facilitating the release of your order.
Once the order is received, we will process your refund promptly.
We genuinely want to resolve this matter as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience in working with us. Should you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,
Sofia
Dear Lunara Lights,
Let’s be clear—you told me my return is stuck in customs in China and placed the responsibility on me to work with UK authorities, which is completely absurd, something they said themselves when I asked if they could help me. The package is in your country, not mine, yet you’ve done nothing to resolve it.
I already paid for the return shipping to China, and now I’m somehow also responsible for ensuring it clears your customs and reaches you? I only found out about this issue because you mentioned it—yet you continue to drag your feet instead of taking action.
The fact that I have to use Trustpilot just to get a response from you says everything about how ridiculous this situation is.
The reality is I’ve had to chase you for months while you deflect responsibility at every turn.
Enough excuses—what exactly are you doing to resolve this?
Jane
Unacceptable Customer Service & Refund Delays
Dear Lunaralights,
In response to your reply to my previous review
Order number #2032 - which you've repeatedly asked for despite me providing it multiple times.
I've sent 25+ emails since January with no proper response - just automated messages that repeat the same unhelpful information. I need to speak with an actual person about this issue.
You incorrectly claimed my return was "caught in customs" and told me to contact Royal Mail, who have since confirmed this is YOUR responsibility as the package is in China, not the UK.
I've already consulted with Trading Standards regarding your misleading business practices.
It's completely unacceptable that every email I send receives only AI-generated responses that ignore the specifics of my situation. This is poor customer service at best and deliberately deceptive at worst.
Your company advertises as a UK business while clearly operating from overseas with no genuine customer support. I expect a proper resolution immediately, including my full refund of £89.00

Order #2032
Absolute DISASTER.
I purchased from this company believing it was UK-based, only to find out the products are shipped from China, causing massive delays. When the item finally arrived, the quality was terrible. I decided to return it, but I had to pay for the return shipping myself.
Now, after waiting over a month for a refund, I’m being told the product is stuck in customs and that I have to sort it out with the post office. Absolutely shocking service! Over £100 wasted, and I feel completely scammed. Avoid this company at all costs!

Fraudulent/suspicious activity
Similar to other people on here. I keep getting fobbed off saying it’s in transit but no delivery details. I have escalated to my credit card company and will report to both trading standards and anti fraud. The company is registered under WITTEVEEN COMMERCE LLP. They have a U.K. address but appears the director resides in the Netherlands according to companies house. I suggest others take the same approach as this doesn’t appear to be a legit business

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Received "lamps" 7 weeks after placing order.
They are like cheap toy plastic quality, nothing like advertised. The electrics looks dodgy.
Thankfully I raised a dispute with HSBC and have received my money back while they investigate...I am waiting to hear the company's response as have requested they send returns postage label. (I read elsewh3re here that they say returns only to China yet they pose as a UK company with UK adress) also reporting to trading standards.
An absolute scam of a company.
