Don't buy anything from this company!
Don't buy anything from this company. My item was very cheaply made and arrived damaged. Despite many, many emails they refused to refund me. At the end they said they'd return my money if I sent the item back to China at my own expense but only if it arrived undamaged (haha). It also turned out that they somehow set up my payment as a recurring payment - luckily my bank was able to block this. Please avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Cheap, badly made products drop shipped from a factory in China, that dont even meet UK electrical standards. Complete scam - do not use, would give zero stars if that was possible

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. We ordered lights and they arrived many weeks later. We have just been advised by our electrician they do not meet UK safety standards and as a result cannot be deemed safe. I am struggling to hear back from them about any refund from them so reporting them to trading standards.

Lunara Lights Scam Site
Scam site do not use. Shop elsewhere. Watch they operate multiple similar sites operating the same drop shipping scams.
The order (two light fittings) arrived in two separate packages both labelled "1 of 1". There were a few days between these but when I mailed about the missing item I got no response. They present as shipping from the UK but these packages were clearly shipped direct from China.
See government guidance on "Tax and customs for goods sent from abroad". Importing these fittings from China (combined value in excess of £135) would be subject to an additional 4% charge. They avoid this by shipping separately and declaring falsely for customs.
On receipt the items arrived without any installation instructions. Worse, the fittings were not as described (frosted yellow glass) nor as depicted in photographs. When I contacted them to complain about this they denied the photographic evidence. I highlighted the obvious differences in the photographs and to their product description but they contributed to deny the facts claiming it was simply a matter of "lighting".
They eventually offered 15% refund as compensation but this is the same as the discount code offered at time of purchase.
The business are clearly shipping any old product from China that vaguely matches the site listings. They don't care if you complain. It's a breach of advertising standards and trade descriptions in the UK. I am considering reporting them. The owner has operated many similar sites that present as being UK based or Amsterdam but are all shipping direct from China and all selling similar knock off goods.
For more on the company you can get a feel for the way they operate from this Reddit if you look for dropshipping_scam_sites_stralendthuisnl.

Do not buy this company is a scam
I ordered lights from this company whose website says they are based in London and sell "Quality" lights. They say they deliver within 5 to 8 business days. I ordered 5 weeks ago. I still have no lights. There responses look like they are generated from AI when you write to them to chase an order. They make ridiculous excuses. I have asked fir a refund but none has been made nor have lights arrived. Others have received but say they are poor quality. I see they are still advertising. Do not buy from them.

Terrible company, useless customer service
I ordered 5 lights costing £300. 6 weeks on and i have still not received my goods.
Constant nonsense explanations about the goods being 'in transit'. Every email was a 'copy/paste' response, which did not answer the questions I had regarding the delivery.
Still chasing a refund.
Avoid using this company
You will see all their responses state ‘we are unable to locate your order’. Such dishonesty.
Find your lighting needs elsewhere!

Ceiling lights not of the quality I had…
Order no's 3915 & 3927 were placed on 23/01/2025 and after waiting so long I kindly asked for a refund. Having enquired on a few occasions I kept being told that the goods have been dispatched.
Ceiling lights not of the quality I had expected!! I had asked for refund prior to receiving goods and was politely told we don't offer refunds!! Absolutely no chance i would use this company again as the whole episode from start to finish always seemed dodgy. At least I got something for my money !!!! Avoid at all costs.

Scammers, DO NOT buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, scamming thieves.
Item never arrived and, on 3 occasions, contacted them and was told it was awaiting special transport, as it was a fragile item.
It’s a light shop, they are all fragile so would expect this to be considered within their delivery estimations, which was given as 3-5 days. This was never going to be the case as their stock comes from China. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from Lunara Lights!
I strongly advise against purchasing from Lunara Lights. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Here's a summary to persuade you not to use them:
Misleading Delivery Promises: I placed an order with the clear expectation, based on their website, that delivery would occur within 5-7 days. This timeframe was crucial for my needs. However, not only was this promise unfulfilled, but the company later informed me that delivery could take up to five weeks.
Unresponsive and Unhelpful Customer Service: Upon learning of the extended delay, I immediately requested a cancellation via email. Instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the company claimed the item was already in transit and that cancellation was impossible. This response came despite my prompt communication and their initial delay.
Deceptive Business Practices: Further research revealed that Lunara Lights operates under multiple aliases, including Misterlamp.de and Arture Lights. They present themselves as local businesses, with addresses in cities like London and Amsterdam, but in reality, they ship products from China. This discrepancy is not disclosed upfront, leading to unexpected delays and complications.
Poor Product Quality and Return Issues from reviewing a lot of these reviews: Many customers have reported receiving items of substandard quality, vastly different from the images portrayed on their website. Attempts to return these items are met with demands to ship the products back to China at the customer's expense, making the process costly and discouraging.
In summary, Lunara Lights engages in misleading advertising, provides inadequate customer service, and sells low-quality products. I urge potential customers to avoid this company to prevent similar distressing experiences.

Appalling
Appalling, avoid at all costs! Lamp ordered took over 5 weeks (despite saying in website it’ll be shipped in 5-7 days) and arrived from China. Website says they don’t even do international shipping! Lamp is cheap quality, not as listed on website and I was told to return at my own cost, with no guarantee it’ll arrive safely. Customer service has been awful, only offering partial refund that doesn’t even cover cost of return postage. Utter disgrace of a company and shouldn’t be in business!
UPDATE: Company have now replied to this review saying no record of order, despite having several email exchanges about the order! Absolute joke!

Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! This is a Chinese company selling Chinese manufactured goods of questionable quality. I bought a table lamp, they sent me the wrong item, and the lamp had no plug! I returned it to them - at great expense - and was assured I would be given a full refund. But once it arrived, they insisted repeatedly that I must pay Chinese import duty and VAT. If not, no refund. That's when I asked my bank to investigate. All credit to them. In less than twenty-four hours the full purchase price was refunded to my account. If you have experienced anything similar, I urge you to report this company to your bank or card provider.

Do not buy
Do not buy, poor product not looking like images, and expensive return to China only to have return supposedly held in Chinese customs.
Ongoing for two months and no likelihood of a refund.

Also got stung
Also got stung. Light arrived 4weeks after ordering... Despite saying in stock and delivery within a week!
It looked like a cheap bit of tat and was tiny, gutting as cost £68. As soon as tried to return it, basically told you need to return to China, it will be costly and likely held up at customs/ will be lost and they won't refund it unless received back in perfect condition.
Please avoid !

Avoid at all costs.
Like many others, I discovered these reviews too late. My hope is that others see these reviews before it’s too late for them and they lose out. I am now £250 in the hole, and feel very foolish.
I discovered Lunara lights when shopping on Google for ceiling lights. The site looks legit and I fell for the winter sale - more fool me!
After not receiving my purchases and the tracking number failing to show any updates on postage I did some searching and found these reviews :-(
I tried calling many times but the (mobile) number on their site fails to connect ever. I emailed and got (what I suspect is) an AI generated response from ‘Sophia’
After initially being fobbed off, I have requested in no uncertain terms that my order is cancelled and a full refund is immediately provided. You are within your rights to request this. I have also disputed the payment with my bank who are investigating. Lastly, I intend to raise this with Trading Standards and would encourage everyone to.

SCAM
Ordered a light over a month ago, repeatedly emailed company asking where the product was, however they give no idea of delivery date. They have so far refused to give a refund. I regret ever purchasing a light and fear this is a scam company as mentioned by so many other reviewers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Sham website
Completely sham website - items not delivered and no detail as to where the goods are purported to be or the reason for a month delay despite multiple requests. No tracking information available and refusing to refund because the goods are ‘in transit’ with no explanation of which location they are in or when they were shipped etc. Researched the Company address and the link is to a what looks to be a derelict / unidentifiable property in a residential street in London.

Wireless charger clock ( website scam) how to get money back of thieves.
I purchased a circle metal and wood lamp / clock with wireless charger a month back now £200 on offer for £109.95 the website and description seemed to be very good and I was confident as I assumed by the website that it was coming from London.
I was wrong on all accounts - the product took a long, long time to arrive ( came from China) was packed in a thin bubble wrap bag and arrived damaged. I let them know about this and then noticed the product was also not as described- dimensions were way smaller and the product was made of cheap plastic instead of maple wood and copper/metal and worse of all they sent it with a European plug . I told them this as mentioned and they were quick at replying and they told me I should send photos and measurements. They suddenly took half a day up to a day to reply per-email. They insisted on returning it for a refund. Now trading standards and even their own policy states that they should cover the postage and send a return label due to the product not being as described and also un usable. They said no! They said their policy doesn’t state that and I am wrong they were sorry that I WAS CONFUSED! lol ! Either way this went back and forth and I certainly wasn’t paying £40 postage for them to refuse refund if it got more damaged! Which they said will happen if I send it back then they won’t refund me.
I said this wasn’t good enough and they said I can always have a replacement one ‘free of charge’ which is useless to me as it will turn up broken and still not as described and also with a non UK plug! I just wanted a refund . They still wouldn’t and too this day won’t send a return label to which their other recommendation was to have a 15% refund ! 15 PERCENT !!! THATS ABOUT £16 ! That’s insulting given I paid 110 pound for a plastic tiny broken light!
To wrap the situation up they are useless to resolve the matter and get a refund your best option is telling the Bank! I assumed becouse I paid in full that they wouldn’t help as it was not on credit card. But they did and with in a week of letting them know I had my money back.
So any one that’s been scammed by these con artists USE THE BANKS SYSTEM !! It’s there to help and is the only way you’ll win don’t be bullied down by a measly 15 present refund this company will end up closing and just re - open as I have checked into and seen that they have done sadly. But makes you think to be more wary of these fools trying to mug hard working people.

I wouldn't even give one star
I wouldn't even give one star. Totally misleading. Delivery time is not 5-7 days, cannot cancel an order, even when not left the company and no light showed up. Can't track as tracking number gives nothing. Total sham, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
