We are now entering into our 4th year of our rental property with Luscombe & Co and what more can I say. The staff are always pleasant and polite and can’t do enough to make our tenancy run smoothly. Any repairs or maintenance issues are resolved promptly and completed to a high standard. May this continue and looking forward to the year ahead in our rental property.

I don't leave reviews for most estate agents because they usually pretty rubbish but Luscombe & CO have always been great.

We have been tenants with Luscombe & CO for 2 years now and never had any issues.

Lauren has always been very speedy to reply and helpful.

If we have had any issues with the property they will sort it out very fast. For example our boiler broke the other week and they managed to get an engineer out to help within hours!!

I have always found Luscombes very friendly and efficient. As soon as a tenant leaves they find another one very quickly. Also do all the necessary checks making my life as a landlord so much easier.
