DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Don't waste your money! An absolute scam.
Pretty sure the reviews on the other Prestige profile are fake judging by the experiences of people here.

Terrible quality, ridiculously small for the price you pay, mean looking and cheap with dying flowers, NOTHING like the images shown.

No better than tiny cheap supermarket bunches in the reduced section.

Abysmal customer service.

Feeling hugely embarrassed that I sent gifts of such poor quality. Will never use again.

Very Poor Quality

I received a bouquet as a gift today. I’ve no doubt it was expensive and I wouldn’t dream of letting the sender know how awful they are. Straggly and half dead. A very poor bouquet indeed. My local discount supermarket offerings are vastly superior. I am so angry and upset that money has been wasted on these.

Don’t rely on them to deliver !

Ordered special occasion flowers to be delivered on Saturday 2nd.
Received order confirmation by email.
Didn’t then receive any further notification from Prestige or the recipient.
I called to confirm that they had been delivered and have been told that they were ‘left’ two properties down the road as no one was at home….
And this is in central London…
Both her property neighbours (up and down) are elderly and generally at home so I question this.
Needless to say, my daughter didn’t receive her flowers….
To add insult to injury, Prestige have now told me that “there’s nothing we can do as they were delivered to a safe place….??!!!)”
No refund offered.
No ‘re send’ of bouquet…
Basically tough!
They have my money and we have nothing.
Flowers are generally sent to make someone feel special…
Please use other more deserving establishments because Prestige basically don’t give a damn.

Ordered flowers for my mum for her…

Ordered flowers for my mum for her birthday, they arrived a day late and in terrible condition. When I complained with pictures, customer service said there was nothing wrong with them.

I could have bought 5 bouquets from the supermarket for the same price and better quality. This company is a joke.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday gift on a specific date. We are now the day after the birthday and the flowers still appear to be in a Royal Mail depot. When I called I was told i should have read the specific section which told me the delivery wasn't guaranteed to be on time, and they couldn't tell me when they would actually be delivered. I won't be using this company again as the whole point in ordering flowers is that they are for a special occasion on a specific date. A waste of £41.97, which included £5.99 delivery costs!

Warning! Do not use this company!

Bouquet tired when it arrived next day it was dying. Contacted customer services who despite their 100% satisfaction no quibble guarantee did quibble and instead of the refund I requested offered me firstly £10 off another bouquet and secondly another bouquet of the same flowers. Still chasing my refund, will be contacting Trading Standards if they don’t give it me. Please avoid this company and don’t waste your money, I went out and bought a £12 bunch of flowers from Asda instead which are beautiful.

Nothing prestigious about prestige…

Nothing prestigious about prestige flowers. A bouquet arrived for my wife - the flowers were beginning to wilt and only lasted 2 days, the bouquet was poorly put together with old greenery which went straight in the bin and a strange mix of colours. No wonder they have big discounts on their flowers!

Avoid

Avoid. Blames customer when delivery doesn't occur. No tracking provided unless chased for this. Tracking doesn't work so no updates. Not notified of failure to deliver on paid for date. Not notified of updates following this. Do not apologize for missing events/special dates or urgent occasion. When requested a refund and to cancel as recipient was not going to be at workplace (30 miles each way from home) on a random delivery date not agreed to, refund and cancellation refused and small print refered to, refusing all responsibility for the ability of Thier own chosen third party delivery contracts to be fulfilled on the arranged and paid for date. Can't comment on quality as haven't received a single petal so far.

Dont take the risk ,terrible customer service I will start by saying i have used…

I will start by saying i have used Prestige for all my flower deliveries for over a year.
I had just one bad experience when the flowers were delivered late and received a voucher for £10 off my next order and an apology, that was fine, these things happen, its how they handle the issue that’s important.
I ordered a next day delivery for a friend who had some terrible news to try and cheer her up.
The flowers didnt arrive,i had to phone her to check so surprise ruined.
I contacted customer service, got no apology and when they finally located the flowers at Royal Mail(2 days later, can you imagine the state !) said,do i want them delivering or not ! We’ll definitely not ! Rude in my view and absolutely rubbish customer service.Got a full refund and will never use again. This is the only one star review i have ever written so i dont make a habit of it.
Probably ok if everything runs smoothly but dont risk it.

I ordered a large bouquet as a gift it…

I ordered a large bouquet as a gift it was all done on line unfortunately for Prestige flowers my son sent a photo of the bouquet it was nothing like I ordered not even similar, I have been fighting it out with customer services all day, They can not send out flowers that are not exactly the same as the pictures show, Consumers act state its illegal to do so, I have also looked at the law regarding this and by law they have to give the customer a refund.
What a disgusting way to treat customers they have made up a totally different bouquet all the wrong colour and stated its fine, Well it's not fine by me. A BIG FAT SCAM COMES TO MIND

If i could give zero stars i would

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my girlfriend and they missed the delivery date despite the fact i paid extra for them to arrive on the day of her birthday. The customer service team have been disgraceful at handling my complaint - they refuse to give me any sort of refund and have instead, offered me money off my next order! I certainly will NOT be ordering from this company ever again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed

Disappointed
I have been quite poorly recently and have not been able to look after myself.
By way of a thank you to my amazing wife, I placed an order online. I can’t afford huge expensive gestures, but upgraded to ‘large’ as the image of the bouquet looked large and quite beautiful.
I was so disappointed in the reality and have posted pictures so they can see. A mass of foliage to disguise the fact that there are too few stems.
When I’m better, I’ll pop into my local florist.
You can also expect to get a bunch of paper marketing stuffed in from them along with other organisations like Hello Fresh, Virgin Wines and even a sample of perfume. Nothing quite says 'I love you' like an undersized bouquet and 65% off your first recipe box, eh?
Check out reviews for Prestige on on sitejabber and Yelp to get the unedited full story; wish I had.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I have had an ongoing dispute with Prestige Flowers since March! The flowers they sent were awful, far below standard, and misrepresented as they looked nothing like their website picture. In addition, the champagne that I ordered was not delivered and I was charged twice for express delivery. This was incredibly upsetting as it was a gift for someone special who was celebrating a milestone birthday that I could not attend! I took this up with them immediately and received no satisfactory resolution. Despite repeated attempts Prestige still have not resolved this issue and seem reluctant to refund my money! I will never use Prestige again and would advise anyone thinking of buying flowers from them to go elsewhere. Be aware that they also operate under other names so look up who owns the company before sending flowers, especially those that pop up first on search engines! A big shout out to order from independent florists. Research the area you are sending to and contact independent florists directly. That's what I do now as I noticed Prestige dominate the express flower delivery market and their reviews speak volumes!

I’m so disappointed with the whole experience, i ordered a £35 birthday bouquet for my daughter in law’s birthday for Monday 19th June and queried on Tuesday when it hadn’t arrived, the flowers eventually arrived yesterday on Thursday already wilting and petals dropping and still no response from them.. appalling and no explanation despite several attempts to contact them

The flowers I ordered for an 80th…

The flowers I ordered for an 80th birthday were appalling. Wilted roses and poor quality overall, looked nothing like the pictures.
What struck me is that they have a process where by you can leave a review which i did showing the evidence of which they refuted, saying their florist floor manager thought they were ok. I sent them another picture 2 days after and there is no doubt that they are wilted and dead. They offered to send another bouquet out after suggesting only £15 of another order. I won't use again, i wish i had been more diligent in checking these reviews

Update on the not so 'Prestige' Flowers

I am providing an update on my recent experience with Prestige Flowers, which is in addition to the review I posted yesterday (April 26, 2023) and outlines the details of the problem I experienced with this company.

In many email communications with them over the last couple of days, theythe company is refuting every single point I put to them regarding their service, which again, is detailed in my previous review. Only after posting a scathing Trustpilot review did they offer to send flowers as a 'goodwill gesture' to the person to whom my original order was supposed to be sent.

The company refused to accept that its system defaulted to a previous address used on the site, despite the recipient's name on my order being correct, but not associated with the address to which the flowers were sent. Why would anyone put the correct recipient's name on the site, followed by a wrong address?

Prestige Flowers absolutely refuses to refund the £5.99 postage that I paid to have the flowers delivered on a specified date stating firstly, that it was my fault that the address was incorrect - I refute that - and secondly, that the wrong address that was used was not within their specified date delivery service. This is strange because it is the only other address on the site that I have used and they managed to do a specified delivery date on that occasion. Regardless of whether the wrong address was on the order - again, I refute that it was my fault - I paid to have a delivery on a specified date and the flowers did not arrive on that date. They keep stating that the destination was 'outwith their location for specified delivery date and it couldn't be guaranteed'. However, nowhere on the ordering page does it state this, yet they are quite happy to take your money for the delivery. Why did no-one at their end notice that this location was allegedly outwith their specified delivery date and contact me to inform me of that and refund my money? too much trouble for them I expect.

They keep quoting their terms and conditions at me, but also on their terms and conditions is a sentence stating that 'this does not affect my statutory rights'. In the many communications I have had with them, I have argued that I paid for a specified delivery date and, regardless of the address, it was not received on that date. I maintain that it is my statutory right to a refund if I have paid for a service and the company fails to deliver that service. Again, they just make repeated excuses about why I can't have a refund and do not even respond to the fact that some of their terms and conditions conflict with the Consumer Rights Act, 2015. I cannot believe that a company treats a returning customer so badly, all for the sum of £5.99, which would be my refund. It is hardly a princely sum to refund, but I am fighting for a principle here and not the amount of money involved.

I am now going to contact Trading Standards in the area where their head office is situated and provide them with all the communications that I have had with this company. This takes time and effort, but, having seen all the negative reviews about this company on Trustpilot, I feel that someone has to do it. I read on one review that this person had actually sent a written complaint to the company's CEO and never even had the courtesy of a reply. Says it all really. Companies who treat people in this way deserve to be highlighted.

I hope that the actions that I am about to take might help other unfortunate customers who fall foul of this company.

W.R. Glasgow.
