If I could give them zero I would

Prestige flowers you had one job! Ordered in advance for Mothers Day for my mum who is in a care home with an end of life diagnosis so wanted to make her last Mothers Day special and they arrived the day after on Monday - no emails to that effect and no one available at customer service to talk with me as the recorded message says their office is closed at 2.30pm on a week day. What an appalling way to do business! Here's a tip invest the money you spend on tv advertising on your customer service

Received flowers for Mothers Day- Disappointed

Received flowers for Mothers Day, ordered online from my son in Sweden. Flowers arrived on day (Sunday) but were already wilting. Despite my best efforts to revive them the roses and daisies were already dead by the Monday and the rest look tired with dried out leaves. Not a good gift and will be nicely asking my son not to use the company again. Shame. Total waste of money.

Do not use

Do not use, flowers ordered after a bereavement, when I contacted the person a week later they had not received the flowers despite me having a photo of them being delivered, only the box though. They were eventually found in a neighbours out house, not in good condition. Customer service was dismissive, wrote to CEO and still no response. Don't waste your money.

Paid for next day delivery

Paid for next day delivery. The flowers did not arrive in time. When they were delivered, and bearing in mind, I paid £44 for a large bouquet, were frankly comparable to a bunch I had to buy in a local supermarket (for a quarter of the price) because these did not arrive in time. Not delivered on time, shocking quality. Save your money, buy local... My purchase was not worth the money

Glitchy

Ordered flowers this morning to be sent at the weekend but no email confirmation came through only my paypal one and money was def taken. was told to wait a few hours and now I am being asked for loads of details about payment which I wasn't willing to give on chat but instead emailed it over. They advised that the payment had been taken but no order done so they have since refunded me so that is good.

The layout on the website isn't great they add 50p for the message card but wasn't easily shown or explained, they should make it more obvious or just include it in the price as 9/10 you will want to say something to someone on delivery of flowers... unless you are a stalker maybe!

I ordered flowers on a 24 hour…

I ordered flowers on a 24 hour delivery.
The flowers were in the post for 3 days I asked the recipients to send me a photo of the flowers.
Unfortunately as they had just lost a baby they didn’t.
The messages you receive from the company are just automatically generated.
When they eventually sent a live email it was to say the delivery wasn’t their responsibility as it was a third party.
I have had no further contact from them.
I will never use them again reputation is everything in business.

Flowers were delivered very tired.

Flowers were delivered very tired.
I complained about it and they very professionnally offered to deliver the same bouquet again. All deliveries right on time BUT the second bouquet was as tired as the 1st one....

The sunflower saga continues

Well, what a waste of my time and, potentially, my friend's money. I recently wrote a review explaining about the partially dead sunflower bouquet arriving and about the promise of a replacement bouquet. Unfortunately, the second bouquet arrived also half-dead. You would have thought some effort would have been made to restore confidence in the company.
The company admitted that there were 'slight' quality issues and that they would look into the problem. At first, I was offered a £10 voucher, which I declined. When I went to a lot of trouble, taking numerous photographs, and pointing out all the problems, I was offered a £15 voucher. I explained that all I wanted was a beautiful bouquet which lived up to the promises on the website. They said that they couldn't send out another bouquet and that £15 was their final offer. This would have meant ordering from a company in whom I had little confidence and spending my own money. All along, I did not want to tell my friend what had happened because I knew how dismayed and embarrassed she would be.
The latest in this sorry saga is that my friend will have to go through the whole rigmarole again but that, all being well, her payment will be reimbursed.
It seems to me that this company does well with the website, with ordering and with bouquets on which the person ordering has never set eyes. They have a lavish website and, no doubt, make a healthy profit out of the 'thousands' of bouquets they send out but they cannot do the decent thing when a customer is disappointed. The 100% satisfaction guarantee has meant nothing in my case.

I ordered a medium size bouquet of Pink…

I ordered a medium size bouquet of Pink Roses and Lilly’s, what in fact arrived was a bouquet of Yellow Roses with Lilly’s wrapped in Black mourning paper.
The florists to my dispute was to say “ the buds and size were of good quality “ regardless of the fact that they were totally the WRONG flowers. My advice, at £26 for WRONG flowers at Prestige, better to go to Your local florist better flowers, better price & better customer service.

Dam should have checked on here first…

Dam should have checked on here first but who has time. I made the order to send to a friend but it went through before I could see where to put his address. So it’s going to be delivered to me tomorrow I have covid so can’t take it to him. I’ve tried chat online email and of course no phone number available and none respond on a weekend. So if you use this company which I don’t recommend then don’t do it on a weekend in case you need to contact them. Rubbish company don’t even deserve 1 star.

Really dissapointed with Prestige Flowers

Ordered a bunch of silk multi-coloured tulips from Prestige flowers to make our living room a little brighter during the winter months that was suppose to arrive in a pretty balloon shaped vase, what arrived was a bunch of dark tulips (deep purple) the colour of which you would expect to see in an undertakers window which arrived in a what looked like a minature milk bottle (for those of you who remember free school milk you will know what I mean).
Complained to Prestige only to be told that all pages on their web catalouge has a warning that they may substitute if necessary.
When I replied, asking if I could send them back at my own expense. I received a reply stating that if I wanted to return them (at my expense) I could do so so and they would look into making a refund, their website does state a/ refunds are at their discretion and b/ 100% customer satisfaction guarantee??????
I will be sending the emails to Paypal when I open a case tomorrow.
So they are saying that you may send the item back and you MAY get a refund

I can only advise anyone considering using Prestige flowers really give the reviews a great deal of thought before wasting your money.

EMBARRASSING!!

EMBARRASSING!!

These were the worst flowers I have ever bought; the low quality surpassed only by Prestige’s even worse customer service …

My honest review is that these flowers were terrible & actually made me feel embarrassed to have sent them. They were that bad, that the quality would have been far superior if I’d bought them last minute from a petrol station forecourt!!
As a point of comparison, I used to work in a supermarket & have taken flowers home at the end of the day, that were “best before” that day - & they looked fresher & lasted longer then the ones sent out by Prestige!!

So I ordered a bouquet, as a birthday treat for someone - as travel plans meant I unfortunately wouldn’t be home in time as expected.
To be fair, they arrived on time & well packaged & were delivered in the late afternoon, on the day they had been requested for. (They arrived on a Wednesday).
Within 30 mins, they had been unpacked, fed & arranged & texted about, so all was going well.
I finally arrived back home at night 2 days later (the Friday) & was disappointed when I saw them, as they didn’t look perky or bright, but sad, dull & dying. Despite the remonstrations that it was ok & that it didn’t matter & that it was the thought that counted, it DID matter. I had placed my faith in Prestige to deliver something that I was unable to do due to my absence, with the website & marketing reviews leading me to believe that it would be done. They had been bought as a birthday treat for someone important, (which Prestige were fully aware of, as they ask the occasion when you are purchasing online), however Prestige let me & themselves down with the bouquet & the condition was not acceptable or what I wanted for someone important. Very simply, they were not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose.

The next day (The Saturday), I tried to contact Prestige in the morning to make them aware & to complain about the quality, however I was advised that I couldn’t be redirected as the agents were unavailable, but that the support team would get back to me as soon as possible … with no available customer services & no further guidance on the website, I waited to be contacted back … & waited … On Wed morning I again contacted Prestige to find out what was going on & why no-one had bothered to contact me or even acknowledge my message?
I was answered with “…sorry you feel they’re unsatisfactory … can you send some pictures?”
I explained that they’d been thrown out now, as I tried to get in touch 5 days previously & had been waiting for help / guidance from Prestige - hence why I was chasing them AGAIN!
Prestige said “As an online florist, we request photographic evidence before we can compensate our customers. We are aware that sometimes this is not always possible. I have spoken to our Florist Manager and we would like to offer a £10.00 voucher as a form of recompense”

… erm No! They cost more than that & I’m not paying for cr*p!! I don’t intend to get let down by you again, so I won’t be using you again! EVER!
Your customer service is bad, but the service to get them to their destination was just fine, it’s the quality of your flowers that are poor - see the pictures I have now added as evidence. They were sub-standard & not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose. It’s not my issue that you weren’t available to receive feedback or to act quicker or deal with quality issues & that I had to wait 5 days & chase you again for any kind of response; & it’s certainly not my issue that you’re only available 9-5 Mon-Friday (but available 24/7 * 365 to take customer’s money), despite what supervisor S***e thinks … I made you aware of the issue as soon as I was aware of it, which was within a reasonable timescale. Your inability to respond to that is not a customer’s issue.

Terms & conditions of a sale are that the product has to be of satisfactory quality & fit for purpose. These were not.
If you are contemplating using Prestige for your floral requirements, I would recommend choosing a different company, otherwise you will be as disappointed & embarrassed as I was.

Prestige - as you won’t deal with this, I will ask my card provider for a chargeback, however you didn’t need to force me into this course of action, or such a public negative review.

——————
Full refund now offered from Prestige, however only a partial refund given & had to chase for the remaining amount - which has now been refunded.
No change to my rating due to my experiences

I ordered flowers from this company…they do not listen

I ordered flowers from this company on12 July.I put down a letter wrong on the post code after not giving them the full address. My fault.! But after giving them the correct address which is in the only village with name of PUNCKNOWLE in the UK. in Dorset the post office failed, the flowers past from one sorting office to another.I finally canceled the order but they were not listenig it seems that the person who reviewed my complaint ignored my wishes I will not use these people again and would advise people to give them a clear miss.
