Hi! Just read all the reviews and I have been scammed as well. False advertising. They were called Borelia-London and they just closed down their company and advertising as Magic Curl. I contacted to get my money back like the website stated, 100% cash back guarantee but received nonsense responses. They actually ship from the USA. I bought my daughter this as a Christmas present and I’m out £50.00. There much be something we can do. It’s false advertising.

The '5-1' should be called the '0-1' as it arrived faulty and was terrible quality. The website and social media ads are full of lies and the box it came in was even a completely different company to Borelia. Their dodgy rebrand as 'Magic Curl' says it all as well!
Customer Services keep saying they are waiting on logistics to reply... for five weeks. Definite lies!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND EVER!!!! We are reporting them to Shopify, Instagram, here and anywhere else we can!
